Brighton Grocery and Produce

Great place to come in for fresh produce/​poultry! I love the variety of curry spices that they sell! The only down side is that the store smells like rotten eggs! But it’s an awesome place to go for food shoppong. I’ll definetly go back as a happy camper.

Smallish ethnic grocery which packs an impressive selection of Bangladeshi/​Indian/​Pakistani foods and Latino foods into a not very large space, in addition to standard grocery items like laundry detergent and cigarettes and such. I get the impression the owners are probably Bangladeshi from stuff I see in the store and the big emphasis on Halal items but I am not sure. They have several freezers full of various Indo-​Pak /​Bangladeshi food items such as pre-​prepared lamb kabobs (mmmm). They have halal meats. The prices are OK. Lots of different types of bread such as pita and Indian style flatbreads available and a good selection of interesting Indian subcontinent sweets. definitely worth checking out if you like Indo/​Paki/​Bangladeshi foods. The Latino food selection is OK but there are other places with bigger selection of Latino foods very nearby, so the real reason to come here is for the Indian subcontinent stuff.
