Lc Nails

I have been a customer for years and a good one. I am there twice a month for gel nails and a pedicure. My daughters get their nails done here as well. While their work is good they do not respect their customers time. Tonight I was left waiting 35 minutes for my scheduled appointment and had to leave because I would not be able to make my event on time. I understand that things happen but this was the third and final time. I hope they learn that a customer that does not feel valued will take their business elsewhere.

I love LC NAILS :) I never have to wait longer than ten minutes, whether I’m getting my feet or hands done.
I usually only get my gel tip manicure done by Don. I never ask for him and I never make an appointment. Although, I am so happy to only have an experience with him for majority of my visits, it’s like an unspoken obvious connection that we have.
Don is so so fast but does an exceptional job and I always get compliments! I love Don also for his low key and humble personality. He always asks where my son is and how he is doing if he is not with me which makes me feel appreciated.
I love everyone that works here though! Some of the girls go to Brookdale Community College and gave me some great «insider info» about the nursing program in which I’m trying to get into. Without their help I would have been walking blind!

I love this place. I go for a pedicure about every 4 weeks and only go here. It is always spotlessly clean and well lit. I am always greeted by someone and rarely have to wait.
There’s always something interesting on the tele and small conversation with the ladies (or the boss) are always pleasant.
Never a knick or spec of polish out of place. :)

I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and I can’t say enough about them! The staff is always pleasant and friendly and they really take the time to do a nice job on your nails.
I’ve had regular mani, gel polish mani, gel (LCN) mani, pedi, and waxing done here and I have never been dissatisfied.
Keep in mind, if you come at a busy time (Friday– Sunday afternoons) you may wait a while, but if you call ahead and ask when you should come, they will always give you a reasonable estimate.

«Although the price is right, the staff is very sweet, and the mani/​pedis I’ve had here were great (definitely deserving 4 stars), don’t bother making an appointment because regardless whether or not you do, you’ll mostly likely wait. I would recommend going on a day where you are flexible and popping in to see how busy they are.»
