History

Established in 1995.

Started doing floors by myself as a contractor in 1995, before that I worked with my cousin who trained me 5 years before that. The year I started was 1990. Since that time I have done thousands of floors with an excellent reputation for quality workmanship. I was a contractor in Oregon, California, and Idaho then I moved out to Iowa in 2009, I have continued doing floors here as I am licenced in Iowa, and Nebraska. I look forward to serving this areas flooring needs with excellent service.

I, Ryan Panter am 40 years old enjoy sking, golf and exercise. My parents own a Cattle ranch in Northern California where I was raised, so I am used to hard work and actually enjoy it. What I enjoy about installing/​or just working on floors is that when I get done I can be proud of the fine job that I have accomplished. When the customers happy I’m happy. As far as floors go I think I enjoy working on Hardwood, and tile the most, because of the bueaty I leave behind. I remember back in Oregon I was installing a Ironwood floor, which is a dark red color when finished the customer was so pleased the referred me to 3 other jobs. Thats the best advertisment Word of mouth.
