History

Established in 1991.

Creative Development, Inc. was founded by Bill Burditt in 1991. The company has built over 200 homes in and around Atoka and Tipton County. His son Jimmy Burditt came to work with his father in 2004 and the two continue to build the best homes in the area.

After Graduating from Christian Brothers University with a degree in Economics and Finance, I went to work at a local bank. After 5 years of working in the bank, I was ready for a career change.

I have been working at Creative Development with my father ever since. We have built well over 200 homes in Atoka, Tn and in the Tipton County areas.
