Description

Specialties

Big and small, we groom them all. We are a small group of women who have many years of experience under our belts. We groom family pets on a day to day basis. However, we also have knowledge of «traditional» show clips. We are able to give special attention to elderly and «high need» clients. We also groom cats. Clients can stop in anytime to have nails clipped on bunnies, guinea pigs, ferrets and cats, to have nails filed, anal glands expressed or to have teeth brushed.

History

Established in 1993.

Tracy bought the business from the previous owner in 1993. She worked on her own until she could establish enough clientele to hire more staff. By 1998 she had taken on two part time bathers, one of which is still with her today as a full time groomer. By 1999 The Grooming Post had a full operating staff, and had moved to it’s current location.
