SERVPRO of Greater Pontiac

Having suffered a major water loss, Servpro of Greater Pontiac was very professional in cleaning up the damage and drying things out. Based on that professionalism, I chose to hire them to handled the reconstruction. My mistake!!! The project manager indicated it would take 6 – 8 weeks when in fact it took 4 months!!!
When answering my questions about the reason for the delays, the project manager would placate me by giving me false information. An unprofessional individual working for an unprofessional company. Think twice before you hire them!

Do NOT do ANY sort of business with Amanda and her people at Servpro of Greater Pontiac. They do NOT show up when they are scheduled to show up for work. They do NOT do what they are supposed to do while they are in your space. They do NOT care about people’s valuable items. Amanda is a wannabe business woman on the outside, and fails to disguise the low-​class piece of garbage she really is at her core (this is evident upon first speaking with her, before ever laying eyes on her). She employs unskilled people (including her mother) to do sub-​standard work. She is a liar and talks a «BIG» talk… all while pausing while she’s on the phone with you. Why the «pausing», you ask? In mid – sentence, you can hear her text notifications go off on her iphone while she is on a company landline. She literally stops speaking mid-​sentence to read her phone. Is this someone you want to give your hard-​earned money to? Do you really want to trust your possessions with a groups of morons? If you do any business with Servpro of Greater Pontiac, that is EXACTLY what you will be doing.
