I have worked with my team to triple corporate profits from 2000 — 2008.
Through best practices we’ve increased net operating income of the business to business (B2B) e-commerce website www.shelving.com by increasing sales activity from 10 orders per month to over 500 per month during the same time period.
I launched a business to consumer (B2C) e-commerce website www.TheShelvingStore.com in May 2007 and exceeded sales goal by 12% in first year.
In 2008 www.TheShelvingStore.com exceeded objectives by 14%. YTD 2009 revenue is up 10%.
Quickly reduced operational expenses in distressed market in 2009 especially in marketing and advertising by almost 50%. Running a much more targeted marketing plan with accountability for revenue for ad spend. Reduced staff count for more profitablity through investments in information technology and streamlining operational and sales processes.
