I was very hesitant to call a person to come look at our a/​c. So hesitant that it took me over a year to decide to. I emailed Byron, and with a very quick response, we had an appointment set up for the next day! Derek came out a little ahead of schedule (fine by me! He called to check.) and fixed the problem in no time flat. He was very thorough and checked over the unit as well even though there was no problem with it seemingly. It was actually the thermostat. It was only 30 mins and I had cool air instantly! It’s been 80+ the last couple days upstairs, even 90+ degrees upstairs this past summer. So I really appreciate it. The pricing was agreeable, and I’m so glad it’s fixed! Such a weight off my shoulders. I’m living well now thanks so much guys!

Amazing company! Honest, reliable, patient and fair. The best combo ever for a company to have. Bryon gave me an estimate on a unit that hadn’t ran properly for awhile, and didn’t just tell me I needed a whole new unit. He was straight forward and honest about what I would get going this route. My unit is up and running as of today, and I am so happy that I will now be comfortable during the winter and summer months in Sacramento. Thanks Air Jackson :)

AC unit went out and couldn’t get someone out from some of the big advertising places I heard over the radio for a month. Went to facebook asking for help and Bryon was referred to me. He was there over the weekend for me on his time! Quick easy fix and I was up and running again. He let me know my options said I would need a new unit eventually (23 year old unit) but in the meantime he could get me up and running. It has been ice cold in our house during these summer months. No issues. This fix gives us some time to save for a new AC unit for next year when I will call Bryon for sure. Trustworthy family man that you trust right when you meet him. I have passed his name on to family, friends and colleges all thanking me for doing so. I highly recommend.

Our AC decided to go out during a heatwave and all I could do when not feeling miserable… was pray that the cost would be manageable. The side-​story here is I canceled my subscription to Angies’ List due to there not being good service leads in the Auburn area. I liked the comments on Unilocal and the convenience of Air Jackson and gave it a call this Sunday morning. Intended to just make an early week appointment, but Byron came right out and saw what the problem was, fixed it with a replacement part, kind service, in no time at all.
The cost was reasonable and I will definitely use Air Jackson again as well as recommend this company to others.

Bryon Jackson, owner of Air Jackson, has been taking care of me and my husband Greg for years now and still does high quality service for our families needs. He is trustworthy, accomodating and charges extremely fair rates. He is honest in regards to the condition your unit is in and what the possibilites will be and is exceptional going over options. He even shows up on time or even early. Never have I had any service tech show early, its always late. So if you havent had your unit maintenance done and winter is appoaching quickly… I would calll Bryon today and schedule so you can see just what a great guy he is…

We had a very old outdated energy hog of a heating/​ac unit. Bryon Jackson came out, gave us an estimate and timeline for replacement. He was extremely courteous, true to his word, the work was not only completed in a very professional manner, but also ahead of schedule! The new unit works like a charm and at a considerably lower cost. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!
