Very happy with Debbie and Aloha Heating & Cooling. Debbie was quick to respond, very knowledgable, expertly assessed our situation and made excellent recommendations with associated costs and helped us avoid replacing the whole A/​C unit. When we were ready to implement, she had her team were punctual, quick, clean, and the price was very fair. We had a couple of minor additions to the original quote and the added cost was nominal. The end result was a huge improvement. We will definately go to them again when its time to replace our equipment.

Sorry guys, but I don’t know why you have so many good reviews. I gave them a week to take a look at my a/​c unit and they never even called me back. When i called them I was told they lost my information. I contacted Elite air and what a difference. You drop the ball you lose the game.

She completed an energy audit under the PG&E program, filled out all the paper work and submitted the rebate forms for me — it was a breeze! So happy to have found Aloha Heating & Cooling. Our heat pump died and a friend recommended Debbie from Aloha. She was on time, professional and was very thorough. Debbie also found and repaired several problems in our system that other companies missed. She did a great job.

We finally bit the bullet and decided to get rid of the old floor furnace in our nearly 80-​year old house in Auburn of about 750 s.f. (small cottage). After weighing a couple of choices (mini-​split vs. dual-​pack gas-​electric roof-​mount system), we went with a roof-​mount system. Debbie was very knowledgeable and provided us with a number options so that we could make a good, informed choice, price-​wise and efficiency-​wise and she was so pleasant to work with. The job was completed in about 3 days with another day for testing and inspection.
We are very happy with the job and definitely recommend Aloha Heating and Cooling. We’d use them again!

It’s January. My furnace stopped working. Crap!
After trying to tinker with the thing myself, I made the dreaded call to a «professional». Since my aunt and cousin had an excellent experience with P & D Mechanical, I gave ‘em a call yesterday.
I called in the morning and they were able to come out that very afternoon. Don’t be concerned that they are in Auburn (kinda far from Elk Grove)… they were still able to come out the same day and they showed up right on schedule.
I dreaded the diagnosis, but to my surprise and relief, they explained the problem, fixed it and showed me what to do if I needed to fix it myself in the future. I thought that that was pretty awesome. Then I remembered that this was the kind of service that my family members said to expect. And they were right!
After about 20 minutes of the P&D technician arriving, I had warm air coursing through my home. Yessss! The best part was that it cost me less than $ 90 for the repair.
A little background story… my cousin’s a/​c went 2 yrs ago, so they called Bell Brothers (you know, «The No Surprise Guys»). Bell told them they needed to replace their a/​c system at a total cost of $ 7000. Seeking a second opinion, they called P&D. Within 30 minutes, P&D had their unit running and it hasn’t had a problem since.
