I am currently a resident of Aspen Heights and I LOVEIT. Absolutely no complaints so far. I am a freshmen and I don’t plan on moving out of Aspen for the rest of my college career. Wonderful place and I highly suggest it for anyone who is looking for a place to live in the AU area!

I adore Aspen Heights. My living experience has been incomparable both customer service related, and the quality of the living space. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Seriously this place is ridiculous. Literally everything that they said they would do when I signed my lease, they have not come through with. When I signed my lease, two of the main reasons I chose Aspen was because of roommate matching and the fact that«the rate stays the same no matter how long you live here». I was promised over and over again by many different people on the staff that if I had signed a lease there, whether the price goes up or not, MY price would stay the same. Well, recently I got emails about renewing and I called the office to renew my lease and the prices are going up even though they promised they would not go up. The second problem I had was the roommate matching. I did not know anyone moving up here so I signed up for it. They told me that they went through this rigorous matching process that would be done months before move in! Well, turns out, they don’t even look at them until a couple weeks before move in. I am not the only one with this problem. Many people that I have talked to at Aspen that went through roommate matching have said the same exact thing. Now, I will say that the houses are very nice! The pool is nice, but the gym basically only has 2 working treadmills that are always taken. So if you think you will save money on a gym membership, you won’t. I will definitely be moving out next year. My experience at Aspen so far has been disappointing.

My daughter and roommates have had a terrible time. After more than a month, the wifi is still not working. Security gate is not completed. Took nearly a month for the clubhouse and it’s facilities to be fully functional. Throughout, I have not been able to get mgt responses to ANY emails or messages submitted through the website(both the Auburn property website and the corporate website).

I’ve only been in Aspen Heights Auburn for two weeks and my place has already been broken into due to the lack of safety precautions. My back window doesn’t lock and our alarm system is just a «scare tactic», meaning it doesn’t contact anyone if our alarm goes off. Management never showed any compassion to my situation. And we had to ask several times for our problems to be fixed. Aspen Heights is by far the worst place to live in Auburn. And if you live there now, do not go to John Marc about your problems. He could really care less.
