Our spacious 10-​acre campus allows the freedom to move easily within a safe environment. We are the only Continuum Care facility in the area. There are 107 senior Living apartments, each with its own private balcony or patio. The Assisted Living section offers 22, one bedroom apartments with 24-​hour personal support. We provide a warm, caring environment in our Skilled Nursing unit, which enables our qualified staff to meet the ongoing needs of the 60 residents who live there. History

Established in 1961.

Auburn Ravine Terracer is managed by Retirement Housing Foundation — «RHF». The non-​profit foundation was founded in 1961 to provide quality retirement living for Seniors. Since its inception, it has grown to become the nation’s largest non-​profit provider of senior housing.

The mission of RHF is to provide affordable, dignified housing for America’s older adults, low-​income families, and persons with disabilities. A national board of volunteer directors approves strategic planning and policies, and provides counsel to senior management. RHF is the sole sponsor of many of its communities, but has co-​sponsored retirement communities with organizations such as community hospitals, local Kiwanis and Rotary clubs, city governments and numerous churches of various denominations.
