History
Established in 2012.
BeauVine Chophouse opened its doors within the Hilton Garden Inn, Auburn, NY in 2012 however, we far cry from your typical hotel restaurant. The concept of our restaurant developed with the «foodie» in mind. Our locally sourced and expertly prepared dishes will appeal to any palate. We serve guests from all over the globe and continue to create a one of a kind atmosphere for all of our guests.

Manager
Our Executive Chef, Cory Collins, began his culinary career at age 13, working for his mother, also an Executive Chef at the Pleasant Beach Inn. His love for creating great food never left. At age 17, Cory attended Le Cole De Cuisine in Lancaster, PA. Cory has served as the Executive Chef at upscale dining establishments such as Black Knights Tavern, The Century Club of Rochester, Pultneyville Landing and Pastabilities in Syracuse, NY. Cory’s innovative menus and unique style have taken BeauVine to a new level, incorporating fine cuts of meat with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create dishes that are exciting and delicious. Cory is the epitome of an Executive Chef, taking great care with the food prepared and treating it as a true art form.
