We went here two days ago to purchase some summer clothes for our kids. Yesterday I realized I needed to exchange some sizes so I went back to the store to swap them. When I got inside there was a line going around the corner and one checker working. I saw a sales person who helped me swap the clothes off the rack quickly. I then asked if she could ring me up really quick and she said,“no, I have to go help check others out because they’ve been in line a long time.” Then she adds, «even though your transaction would be fast.» Who says this to a customer?! There are other much more polite ways to say something similar. I stood in line at the end, only to see her taking other customers. Long story short, this girl was Heather was the manager and I’ll be second guessing future ideas of going to carters.

I love Carter’s clothes for my baby and was excited to visit this outlet. It is connected to Osh Kosh. I wanted to look for a couple PJs quickly since I was shopping with family and they were waiting for me outside the store. I found outfits quickly but spent around 30 minutes in the checkout line. It was ridiculous! I almost walked out of the store, but I knew I had a really good deal. I went after Christmas and found onesies for $ 2.99!!! Once I finally got the the cash regisiter, the cashier didn’t acknowledge that I waited forever. Most stores will thank you for waiting, but not this place. Not sure if I would go to this location again.

Good sales, good prices, cute clothes, however not always the best customer service by the employees.

We recently visited this store to purchase«play clothes» for Junior. It was okay. We were hoping for better deals and were disappointed that it was the same price as Target. However, we had a 20% coupon, so the whole excursion wasn’t a huge bust. The selection at this store is okay — my mom and I found some cute onesies and pants. But nothing to drive all the way to Auburn for as I probably could have found a lot of the stuff at Target or Macy’s… The customer service was good. Although the girl didn’t really go out of her way to help us, she also wasn’t rude and took my Facebook coupon from Facebook without flinching or rolling her eyes(I’ve had this happen before). Since there was nothing spectacular, but nothing horrible, I am giving this place three stars. Would I recommend driving to Auburn JUST to see this store? No. But if you are ever in the area, or live in the area, it’s not a bad place to stop.
