Eric Harlington – Primelending

My husband and I had such an amazing experience working with Eric Harlington to close on our first home. Not only did he secure us a great mortgage, but he was able to help us close within three weeks! Eric maintained excellent contact throughout each step of the way and educated us so that we had a full understanding of the entire process. He was always available for questions and was an overall great person to work with. Even with all the additional requirements set by the VA for a VA Home Loan, Eric guided us over all of the hurdles to gather the proper paperwork in a timely manner. We had very low fees and Eric was very personable to work with. He still continues to follow up to see if we are enjoying our new home. We couldn’t be more pleased with his work!

If you like a lender who over-​promises, then under-​delivers then Eric Harlington is your guy (or Team Harlington). This guy is HORRIBLE and UNORGANIZED! He could not provide what he promised so we went elsewhere and got an even better deal than what he originally promised. He must have a LOT of overhead costs because he is WAY more expensive than going to a bank. He is a middleman that has HIGH FEES!!! He has a foul mouth and is condescending and will hassle and do whatever he can to ruin your chances of getting a loan if you leave his services. My wife and I have excellent credit and debt to income wasn’t an issue. When we decided to leave for a MUCH BETTER deal elsewhere, he spitefully declined us in the system causing us unnecessary hurdles to jump at the new lender. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY AND HIS TEAM!!! We had bad feeling of this guy when we first spoke to him and should have never engaged services with him. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Carman does an amazing job at this location. 16 years of experience truly shows as she shines when it comes to her job. Definitely recommend for all your lending needs. We went to her for financing for a mortgage and she did wonders! Thanks again Carman!
