Hopefully I’ll save a few people time & aggravation…
My vehicle was involved in an accident and Fuller Auto was the designated tow company for the town. The damage to my vehicle was on the drivers front quarter. It also had scratches down the entire side from the impact of glass particles.
I went to Fuller’s with the intention of bringing my vehicle elsewhere. When I looked at the vehicle I noticed a dent on the passenger side door. I asked what happened and how a dent got on the passenger side. His reply was «It was there already». I’m like… No way! Really! I know my vehicles inside and out. This was a new car with only 8k on it. So, despite my intention to have it fixed elsewhere, I had them do it knowing I already had to fight with them over damage they did. The owner finally said that he would be gracious enough to fix the dent on the passenger side if I let them do all of the repairs. BTW, they are on my insurance company’s «preferred list».
Now, let’s talk about the repair & time…
Their first attempt to deliver my vehicle to me ended up not going well. The color match was horrible. Grey on the front door & silver on the back (it’s supposed to be silver).
2^nd try, color finally matched. Took it for a test drive and heard rattling in the front end. I also noticed where the panels met (front fender/​door) there where still chips from the exploding glass. I asked if they are going to fix it. Their reply was «we would have to take the entire thing apart again». So, apparently it was good enough for them but not for me.
3^rd time. I take it for a test drive. No noise from the front. I get out to do another once over and now find this nasty looking black undercoating on lower part of my vehicle. I asked what the deal was??? «Oh, we put undercoating on all of the vehicles we fix». I told them to take the crap off and make it the way it came from the factory.
4^th and last time… Undercoating was gone and the factory finish was there.
They had my vehicle for approximately a month and a half. Never again would I go there for any auto body work.
I ended up trading the vehicle in 3 days later after the paint smell had worn off so the dealer wouldn’t know it was hit.
Save yourself aggravation and go anywhere but Fuller…

After dealing with nothing but aggravation with my insurance company, I was recommended to fuller auto body for the repair of my bumper. They were wonderful! When I brought my car in for an appraisal they actually ended up offering to keep my car and fix it that week. I had a rental and was on my way in a matter of 15 min. They took over dealing with the insurance and with in four days I had my car back in perfect condition! You can not even tell the bumper was replaced! They even cleaned the inside off it! They were incredibly polite, professional, and quick! I will recommend them to every one! Plus they are close to 290 and the pike so it’s easily accessible!

I rarely write reviews but I had such a great experience with Fuller that I’m obligated to post.
Last night our 2011 Fiesta broke down on the side of I-​90 and we had it towed to Fuller as they had the best rating on Unilocal.I felt a little uncomfortable leaving the car overnight without talking to anyone at Fuller but I didn’t really have another option as I had to be back in Boston the next morning. I received a call first thing the next morning from Dan at Fuller and he made me feel better right away. Rarely do I have such enjoyable customer service experiences, much less from mechanics (no offense to any mechanics out there) but Fuller was top-​notch. Dan did a great job walking me through their processes and explaining the issue once it was identified.
We ended up having a very serious transmission issue and due to our situation (I.e. The cost of the fix was going to be high as we likely needed a new transmission, the car only had 62,000 miles on it and we were just outside of our warranty) we actually decided to have the Ford dealership up the road work on it — in case they could help offset the cost since a transmission shouldn’t go out on a car at 60,000 miles. Even with that, Dan said that he would go with the Ford dealership too if he was in our situation, even though that directly takes business away from Fuller. On top of that, he also didn’t charge us to diagnose the issue as he said, «you have enough to worry about.» Granted, it was only $ 30 but when you’re facing a repair that will likely be upwards of a couple thousand dollars, it’s a much appreciated gesture and truly was one less thing that I needed to worry about.
Bottom line, this might be the best experience I’ve had with a mechanic and I would highly recommend Fuller based off of my experience. They deserve their high rating on Unilocal

I got a nail in my tire while driving on I-​90 from NH to CT. I was near Auburn so did a search on phone to see what was nearby. Fuller came up along with some chain competitors. The chain competitors were not sympathetic with a wait in line approach. Fuller was exceptionally pleasant from answering the phone to fitting me in right away — no wait even though they seemed full up for the day. Excellent customer service all the way around.

Fuller Automotive impressed me. Dan who works there was super honest and respectful. He gave me advice that wasn’t in his financial best interest simply because he thought it was the right thing to do. That’s integrity. Everyone should come to Fuller Automotive.

The staff at Fuller’s Auto Body we’re very helpful and friendly to deal with. They showed me the facility and where all the work happens and that made me feel very comfortable knowing they stand behind there work. I highly recommend Fuller Auto Body!

I recently took my Acura here to get some body work done quickly. Mike was able to take our car in right away and got the car back to us the next day. It looked brand new. Josh Fuller was extremely nice to me when I picked up the car and they cleaned the car inside and out (I have two kids and it looked like a disaster when it was dropped off). Awesome place, would highly recommend.

I bought a pre-​owned vehicle and wanted some expert eyes to take a look a it. The owner, Chris, took care of me. Very clean place, efficient, and amicable staff. They were able to detect all sorts of things and I was able to strike a better deal. I highly recommend Chris and his team.

I haven’t had any serious services done at Fuller, but the two times I have gotten my inspection sticker, they were great. This past week I went in and needed 2 front tires to pass inspection.(I knew this going in) I asked if they could match the two I got about 5 months ago at Town Faire Tire (HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE) and they said they could, but it would take an hour to get them from their warehouse. I had no problem with this.
While waiting for the tires, I got an oil change and a quick lookover. They were honest, didn’t try to upsell me or tell me that I needed other things done. Even on a busy day, they were kind, attentive, and VERY well organized. I’ll be going there for everything from now on.

Knowledgeable and honest service people. Chris took several minutes out of his busy day to sit down with me and explain what’s going on with my car and options for repair. He was very forthcoming with me about what needed to be done today and what could be put off until after my bank accounts recover from the holidays. I never felt pressured to purchase products or services. Fast and efficient service. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been coming here ever since I started obtained my license and first vehicle back in 2001 and my older siblings and parents have been coming here for years before that.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my vehicle fixed. Period. Everyone here is professional, thorough and honest. They do everything here, from oil changes all the way to body work and they do it right. I’ve owned 5 vehicles and I’ve brought them all here. My last vehicle was a 2004 Jeep Wrangler which I sold with 195k miles on it and there was still plenty of life in it. I would credit Fullers for keeping that Jeep going that long.

I was very impressed with Fuller and the way they conduct their business. I was in an accident 50 miles from home and Fuller was recommended to me. The overall experience was excellent, from workmanship of the repair to their facility and the friendly service of the staff and management. I definitely recommend Fuller.

I’ve been bringing my cars here for 15 years now, for oil changes and inspections. What I like most about them is they are thorough with the little things — topping the fluids, vacuuming the seats out. They make recommendations but its not a sales pressure environment, which I find a lot of oil shops nearby can be.
I recommend it, $ 31 for my last oil change.

I went there a few weeks ago, for the first time. They are better than most I have gone to. He called me during the day, to update on the repairs. They were straight up with me about everything. The car wash they did give, sucked. That is the only negative, but the car wash was free. I will go back, better than my last mechanic. The repairs and the costs are about average.

My car was making a squeak and a bad smell. Brought it to Fuller on Auburn St. twice. The first time they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it, and specifically mentioned the brake pads and shoes looked fine. The problem got worse, so I brought it back a month later. They said I needed new brake pads. I’m no mechanic, but for the pads to go from fine to needing replacement in a few weeks seems preposterous. I barely drive my car (under 10k miles a year). Scam. The replaced pads did nothing for the squeak and smell, by the way. Glad they took my $ 400 anyway. I brought my car someplace else and it was fixed immediately.
Went to the Fuller on Route 20 for an inspection sticker and they failed me for two lights out, which was acceptable, and for unsafe front license plate. What? My plates are fine. Not dirty, never been in an accident, etc. The guy said the cops have been pressuring them to fail people for this. What the fuck? I would have passed anywhere else.
Go fuck yourselves, Fuller.

I’m new to central Massachusetts so when I got into an accident, I had no idea what body shop to bring my car. My insurance company is Liberty Mutual and their nearest authorized shop was Fuller Auto Body.
In doing online research I seemed to have two options: Fuller or nearby Honda dealership’s (Lundgren) shop. The Honda shop (which seemed to be a safe bet) got terrible ratings online so I gave Fuller a shot.
I must tell you that my car, that got badly rear-​ended, looks like new again. WOW — Fuller did an amazing job!
Each interaction with them– in person and on the phone– was exceptional. They are very professional and really care about the customer and the work. My only negative was that they didn’t update me in the 1^st week on the car’s status but they politely acknowledged that they should have called. They then kept me completely up to date after that.
I was really worried as my rear door was crunched in and the exhaust system was pushed forward — leaking exhaust and twisted. The spare tire well in the back was completely crumpled. Now it looks like it came from the Honda factory new. I’m very particular and I can’t see any shortcuts here. The car was ready for me in about 2 weeks time and it was washed and clean inside. They have an Enterprise car rental to make things super easy for you while it’s being worked on. I give Fuller an «A».
