G & N Septic Tank Service

Had them out for an issue, all went well and they said everything was working properly, but problem didn’t go away, had to call again and it turns out they overlooked an electrical issue with the septic system, they billed me for another call and referred me to their electrician who did not show. Had to go with another company to fix it and g&n would not waive the second service call which was essentially needed because they did not do a thorough job the first time out. I will try another service next time so hopefully they won’t need to come twice and I won’t need to pay twice for one call.

G&N did the inspection on our house so when septic issues came up I got on Unilocal and decided we should use them again since they had so many good reviews. I called on a Thursday and they sent someone out that morning which was great. He punched a hole in our cleanout because we didn’t have an access point and that immediately fixed the problem inside our house. Then he dug a trench and said the water would flow there until they were able to check records for our house and would get back to me either that night or by Monday. I felt that was acceptable. I patiently waited and when Monday came and went with no call I thought maybe they were busy. Then Tuesday came and went with no call so on Wednesday my husband called and no one answered. we left a message and a month later still have heard nothing from them! It’s very frustrating to have our yard dug up and dirt slowly falling into the cleanout that he promised he would fix properly. We have since hired another company but waiting for G&N set us back at least one week and I can honestly say I will never use or recommend this company again because they do not follow through.

I’ve used G&N for years on both my home and rental properties. They have helped me with a variety of problems and always provided excellent service at a fair price. I highly recommend G&N and will continue to call them for all of my septic needs.

Arrived promptly. Price was as quoted. Gave us a written receipt with findings. Explained everything — we had uncovered the wrong lid. Nice guy — did a great job. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Very good experience. 4 stars because he was late (He said he’s the only guy pumping and they schedule him way too tight). He was very knowledgable, said our tank was too full and suspected the filter to be clogged. He was right, we dug out the filter and that was that. Would use them again.
