I have always had a fear of getting a haircut by someone new. Sandra was so amazingly understanding, talked to me the whole time. She made me forget that I was getting a haircut and at the end of it, I was completely satisfied with my haircut!!! Ask for Sandra if you live in this area. You will be glad you did

There is a reason SANDRA always has a wait. I have never trusted anyone with my long thick hair like I do with her. I give her full range to fix my layers, take away my split ends and frame my face! She knows what she’s doing and she definitely has a gift! I moved a year ago to Bremerton/​Silverdale and I will still make that drive just for her amazing haircuts!

Ugh. I had the older Asian lady (not sure of her name). I gave specifics in what I wanted and expected. The lady nodded and acknowledged that she understood and then proceeded to butcher my hair. She didn’t trim the back of my neck or around my ears, although I specifically asked if I should take off my collared shirt so she could get the back of my neck. No attention to detail. Don’t waist your time or 3 weeks until your hair grows back. I’m unsure about the rest of the stylists, but I will not be going back because of the sheer incompetence of one. ZERO STARS.

I have gone here 2 times and both times they did not even listen to what I asked for and cut my hair the wrong way!!! Both times I had different people. A complete waste of time and more importantly money.

It felt like everyone who works there hates their job. The woman who did my hair had very unhealthy looking hair. She did not wash it before she cut it so I had a pony bump while she was trying to cut my hair. When she was combing it out she ripped out the knots saying you have healthy hair, it won’t break. She cut off a quarter of an inch and let me go. No shaping or making sure it looked nice jus a quarter of an inch off and that’s it. Not clean very impersonal… You get what you pay for. You want a hack job done in 5 minutes ho for it, personally I want someone who will take the time to do the job right. After I left, I went right over to Salon Mogano to get a REAL haircut.
