My husband and I bought our home in Grass Valley back in April of 2010. We had such a great experience with John Kysar that I just had to share! My husband and I searched for a home for 6 months straight via Newspaper, Online Websites, and Magazines and by driving around. John Kysar helped us by signing us up for an automatic listing email that sent us information about homes as they came onto the market that fit our needs. Every time my husband and I found a home we were interested in, we would call John and he would immediately call the Selling Agent and schedule a showing. We never had to wait more than 2 days to see a house and most of the time it was the same day! John was willing to travel as far as we wanted on any day we wanted to see a house, it didn’t matter! True customer service! After numerous offers we finally found the ONE. Once the ball was rolling John was there every step of the way. He followed up with the selling agent multiple times a week to make sure he was getting his part done. When the appraiser went out to the house John went out to there to make sure that there weren’t any hold ups. The appraiser wanted several things done in order to make the report flawless and John DIDITHISELF. He painted the back of the garage, he replaced some trim on the garage siding and ripped out a rotten staircase in the back of the house. We were to impressed! After all that the paperwork went fast and the loan closed easily. John was at our loan signing and once everything was recorded he came into my work with keys in hand. John sends us home ownership letters every three — six months with helpful tips on saving energy and money stretching ideas. I recommend John Kysar to everyone I know and we will definitely go with him for our next home purchase!

Terrible, stay away from these guys especially John K. During the process of relocation and finding a home in the area. I experienced warning signals such as, with holding pertinent property information, visual cues about a property that, while I might not have noticed as I am a novice at this, he should have, having been a former contractor. Items such as a cut support beam, roof damage, and drainage issues, I think would have been noticed by someone with this experience. Tried to rush close escrow before all inspection reports were in. When i had to back out of deal due to numerous problems with property, he checked off a clause which would delay the return of my earnest funds. There are many real estate agents out there who are ethical and honest. I would be very careful before making one of the largest purchases you might ever make.
