History

Established in 1993.

Lydell & Lydell also has an office in Auburn, California! Contact the main office in Fair Oaks to schedule an appointment in the Auburn office.

Our firm was founded by Jon Lydell when he opened his practice focusing on Family Law and Juvenile matters. Mark had his own practice he started in 1989 in Yuba City that focused on Workers Compensation and Personal Injury.

Jon and Mark are both graduates of Lincoln Law School in Sacramento, and both of them graduated as their class Valedictorian!

Mark «retired» temporarily from law while battling cancer, and when he was ready to return to the practice of law in 2012 Mark and Jon decided to combine their forces and Lydell & Lydell was established, formally changing their name in early 2013.

The law firm is now a full service law firm to handling a wide range of issues that involve a family, including Adoption, Guardianships, Conservatorships, Divorce & Dissolution, Estate Planning and Elder Care.

Mark Lydell

The focus of my practice is all Family related matters which includes educating people on their best options for their Estate Planning which includes Wills & Trusts. I also handle Conservatorships, Guardianships, Probate and Family Law Matters.

Jon Lydell

In the family law arena, I have a great deal of experience in custody and visitation issues, child support, temporary and permanent spousal support; valuation and division of personal and real property, including pension and retirement plan divisions, Pereira and Van Camp valuations of community property interests in separate property businesses; and the use of economic experts for forensic cash flow and business value evaluations.
