I go into this store numerous times a week. Each time I go in I am completely ignored. No eye contact, no hello, no anything. Everytime I go in I wait a bit then say excuse me, can I just leave this here? My packages are already labeled ready to go. Yesterday was a whole other beast. I’ve never been treated so rudely and again had to say excuse me, after waiting. I had a question. She responded so rudely that I will NEVER be back.

Mail-​N-​More is just a great all around business! Where else can you get a notary, private mailbox rentals, stamps, copying, fax, office and packaging supplies, custom gift wrap, cards and puzzles. This store is a full shipping and mailing center for UPS, FedEX, and USPS! If you are in a hurry, your packages can be wrapped and shipped by these terrific folks. Mail-​N-​More will also accept any of your stamped personal letters and parcels that need to be mailed, even if you have a bag of them. The staff is always ready with a smile and a friendly, «hello, how can I help you?» This business is a great asset to the Auburn/​Placer community!
