New Angles

I’ve been to Joann about 4 – 5 times and I no longer continue to go to her for a number of reasons.
1.) I was tired of hearing every excuse under the sun as to why my hair never turned out the color I wanted. (I just have simple blonde and dark brown panels). One lovely time, I had to wait 20 minutes on her and my hair turned out horrible! She missed a panel. She wouldn’t even admit she was wrong. To top it all off for me to even get that ONE panel fixed I had to wait over a week to get in for something she messed up on.
2.) Her attitude. As a owner of small salon you should take pride in your business. I don’t feel Joann cares if your happy with her work or not.
3.) My mother had to wait 15 minutes for an appointment she scheduled with Joann for a highlight touch up. When my mom asked how much longer she was going to have to wait, Joann got an attitude with her! She accused my mom of not showing up for appointments! Thank god I found a great hairdresser for myself that I’m recommending to my mom.
Ladies: There’s so many awesome hairdressers out there. stay away from this woman!

I have the highest praise for Joanna at New Angles. As one of her male clients, she gives me great cuts. She takes her time and learns what I like and don’t like. It’s great to know that no matter what time of day and how backlogged she may be, she will always take the time to give me a great cut. She’s also great about calling me when she may be running a little late so I don’t have to wait long. She keeps up on the latest tends and technology and she’s just such a nice person!
