The service was friendly, but I ordered an iced white mocha and I was surprised that the baristas did not know what a white mocha was. I told them they needed white chocolate syrup, which they had, and to use non-fat milk. What I got was a pale-white drink indicating that no espresso was put in. She told me there was. But I tasted it to prove there wasn’t and insisted that she put espresso. When I got the drink back it was satisfactory, but it tasted very weak. I think ice white mochas are pretty routine at espresso stands and they are not complex at all(but then again, I am from Seattle and new to this area), so it was quite puzzling as to why this happened. But I read an article that the business opened over a month ago and that the owners were still learning to make drinks. So I give this café a two rather than a one. I may upgrade it next time I find myself at Fingerlakes Mall and hopefully by then they will have perfected their ice white mochas! :-)
