Quartz Drive Self Storage

They have been great from the beginning. I got a great three month deal, now still at a really good monthly rate. Always helpful. I am just now trying to find out if I can use the moving van to use for moving OUT a few things in storage. But, so far, they have been very good!

This is a very clean and secure facility with some very nice extras. The best extra for us was use of a very nice moving truck AT NO CHARGE! The truck ran and drove very well and included moving blankets and a refrigerator dolly. The climate controlled units are double secured inside the gate and with a security door. Inside the door was a handy 4 wheel cart for our use. The staff is very courteous and the office and grounds are super clean. Moving and storage are not always fun but this is as good as it gets!

I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Quartz Drive Self Storage! While starting a new business, I found them to provide a perfect solution and an excellent value for dry, safe and secure storage of my imported products.
The facility is well maintained and has a welcoming front office and sitting area. Much nicer facility than others in the area that I had visited when deciding on a rental. The gate was always kept closed and the security code arms/​disarms the alarm system for your individual storage space.
The staff have been courteous, friendly and very accommodating. I really appreciate that they would accept packages and hold them in the front office. They would even call me to let me know of any delivery. Went way beyond what I anticipated when I rented the space. Thank you!
In addition to the moving truck, they also have pallet jacks and a new fork lift that are free for customers to use. The forklift availability saved me hundreds of dollars in additional delivery fees when pallets were delivered! If you don’t have your fork lift certification, you may advance book a driver. He was available for only $ 10 an hour and made quick work of unloading the delivery trucks.
I was offered the first month free as a promotion and didn’t even need to request a move-​in special. That really impressed me!
Set-​up auto pay when renting the space as I didn’t want to deal with monthly invoices and inconvenience of writing a check each month. Like any other storage facility, you are liable for past due payments. Since I paid on time and didn’t damage the storage space, there were no additional charges or fees. They prorated the rent for both my move-​in and move out dates. I swept out the space when vacating and there were no cleaning fees.
Thank you for taking some of the worries out of starting a successful new business in the Sierra foothills! Would I rent space from Quartz Drive Self Storage again? Absolutely!

Quartz Drive is a very nice facility. Wanda and the rest of the office staff are very helpful. The facility is clean and safe. I think it’s great value for the money…

My apologies to those hard working folks in the industry. You probably don’t mean to seem so creepy. But with the large bulky frame, sour raspy voiced attitude, long cigarette and frizzed out beauty academy spiral perm, you, well, just are.

Let’s talk about the clean factor here… I’ve seen hospitals less clean clean than this place. I dare you to find one packing peanut, one stray newspaper or any random hoopachew that doesn’t belong there. You won’t.
Because Miss Wanda runs a tight ship.
It starts with the front office, where you can actually see a real-​life representation of the different size storage units.
And for those idiots stupid enough to bring their kids along for the tour, Miss Wanda has already anticipated distractions for your little well behaved baby neinstein.
There is even a moving truck for you to use.
So basically, why would you go anywhere else?

Horrible customer service. We put a card on account for automatic monthly payment. They have neglected to run the card twice now, and then charged us a $ 20 late fee each time that they would not waive even though it was their fault. Extremely unprofessional and downright rude!
