Richardson Appliance

When I arrived in the area, I needed repair done on an older refrigerator. I called Desmond Richardson and hoped for the best not knowing anyone in the area or anyone who could give me a recommendation. I was very happy with my experience and have called him back several times for other repairs.
He was able to come right out in a reasonable amount of time. He stayed for a long time checking everything thoroughly. He did not charge anywhere the amount I thought he would. When he came back for a problem I had, he spent over an hour working on it and did not charge because he said it should of been good to go the first time. It was a very tempermental appliance. I have not had any problems with the work he has done. He is a very nice guy.
In my opinion, he is building his business on his reputation. How refreshing is that? He has always been punctual and very good about returning calls. I would highly recommend this business!
