The old crazy lady who runs the front desk is what brings down this rating. She was overtly rude, unprofessional, and all in all very unpleasent to be around. They charge a 4% fee if you use a debit or credit card though this fee is not stated anywhere. She could not figure out how to work her scanner and printer so she almost tried to tell us to come back another time. Overall she would be the reason I would go out of my way to never deal with this company again. The owner should reevaluate his front desk personnel. Customer service is important in any field.

Great Service, these guys are really honest and willing to go out of their way to provide their customers with excellent service, not to mention they get out to you quickly with little down time. I have used Ricks several times for general tows to and from repair shops, after my car was in an accident, and even both times I have locked my keys in my car! I will use Ricks Two Way Towing for all of my tows and lock outs personally and through my business as well.
