When I can afford it, it is a great place to go, i haven’t had their lunch yet, but when we go to the hibachi tables, we have a blast, and the sushi is to die for

An absolute fantastic buffet! An amazing selection of to-die-for sushi. The wasabi and pickled ginger selection was nice too. Very large assortment of food that you can’t get at other Chinese buffets. LOVEDTHELO-MEIN! Also great for large group events such as All-County Band Class. We will be back soon. Prices are fair.

Absolutely garbage. Not a very clean place and the food on their buffet was very bland. Do not recommend.

Loved it. Only a couple of things I wasn’t a fan of. The sushi selection was awesome and loved it all. It was worth the 35 minute drive. We will be back

So my family and I walk into this place hoping to get some decent Chinese buffet food. I walked in with low expectations, but the place didn’t even live up to those. We stood at the counter for a few minutes, then one of the waitresses walked over. However, she couldn’t speak ANY English. It was impossible to communicate that we were supposed to pay first before sitting down. So finally the only guy who speaks English that works there walks over(we didn’t even know he worked there). We pay and sit down to get our drink order and then go find some food. For vegetarians it’s not so good. I was looking for a good vegetable and couldn’t find much. Luckily, they re filled the green beans which weren’t all that bad. For the one person in my family who eats seafood, it was okay. He tried a lot of the seafood and it was all sub par. The floor was DIRTY. Lastly, there was a HAIR in my food! SOGROSS! I would never suggest to eat here ever!

For a good fast cheap lunch, this is the place. Seven and change will get you your choice of sushi(really OK here), asian food, or american food. The place is full at lunch, so the steamtable food turns over quickly and is thus fresh. The asian dishes have veggeis which were cooked tender-crisp, always a good sign. So for the same price and convenience as McD, BK, KFC etc, you get real good food. It’s worth a detour. Go.

Sakura buffet is great! I was passing by the area on the way back to NYC and had a craving for all you can eat. Sakura buffet was able to fulfill my craving! They had crab legs, clams, great teriyaki chicken! Everything was fresh and tasty. They had bubble tea and hibachi grill as well! They do not do a fancy show but they cook it in that style with the meat on the iron cooking plate. They cook the meat the way you want it, be sure to leave a tip for their service! The damage for the meal was cheaper than my order at McDonalds(I like to splurge whenever I eat at McDonalds) Though I don’t live in this area, I would definitely stop by again if I pass it and highly recommend eating here!

Let me start off by saying Sakura has the best sushi of any Chinese Buffet I’ve ever been to I’m often tempted to just come for the all you can eat sushi! Pros: Their Sushi is very good(especially the tiger roll). They have amazing coconut shrimp and steamed chicken and shrimp dumplings and they’re selection of food is good. Cons: Their peanut chicken is okay :/(not great though and sometimes really terrible.) All their chicken entrees taste about the same the sesame, hot and spicy, general tso’s and honey chicken all kind of taste like sesame chicken but a little sweeter. They’re okay but they really taste all alike its bizarre! All in all, its okay Chinese food, really good sushi and its consistent.

Ok. If I didn’t use Unilocal we never would have eaten here. This place is in an abandoned looking plaza lot. Not the greatest looking out but inside the food was all fresh and had a great selection for all ages. Sushi selection was huge and good. Great meat selections and good dessert bar. Will come again. Clams casino is delicious.

Most of the time, Chinese buffet is like drinking too much. You regret it almost as soon as you finish, you swear you’ll never do it again, and it’s probably going to make you sick to your stomach. At least, that’s why I’m not a big fan… but my daughter is and it was her birthday so I insisted on using Unilocal reviews/ratings to avoid another overpriced buffet that would end up making everyone sick. Smart choice, because Sakura is actually good. Better than«not that bad»… the food here is actually GOOD! What a relief! Clams casino, a variety of sushi, American food options for the younger kiddos and picky eaters. For the not-so-picky eater: frog legs kinda do taste like chicken. Even the steak was perfectly tender and juicy. For once, I don’t regret going out for Chinese buffet. It was a pleasant surprise to find the food kept full, FRESH, and flavorful. An even bigger surprise, it’s actually affordable! TLDR– Try it. You’ll like it.

The price is right… My wife, 2 kids and I can pay about $ 35 and pig out… servers are quick. roomy space. many sushi combinations. on weekend evenings. i notice they have more clams and crab legs available. frog legs are nice option,(yeah like chicken) speaking of chicken, lots of different combos. daughter likes peanut chicken, sweet and sour and bourbon. they also have take-out…i loaded up 2 large containers, they weighed them and it came to about $ 15…went home and ate. saved money.still had enough left over for another meal. Nice

You have to get there relatively early, or the food will be pretty disappointingly stale. If you do, however, this is a pretty decent Asian buffet, and the price(a little less than $ 10 per person if I’m remembering correctly) makes it a great value. There is a very large variety here, including some less obvious selections like frog’s legs. The sushi rolls are average at best, but the little hibachi section is pretty tasty. Worth a visit, but not likely to knock your socks off.

I stopped by auburn to visit some friends and we came here for lunch. I have to say my expectations were not high since it is hard to match the quality of asian food outside of NYC but for an asian buffet located outside of NYC this place is great! You’d be hard set to find a better place around here.

Great food an service. One of the best Chinese buffets I’ve ever been to. It’s certainly the greatest value in town.
