Waited 8 minutes in the drive thru for a half full cup of foam. It was supposed to be a white mocha but apparently they don’t know how to make one. And they mislabeled the rest of the drinks. Just cut your losses and go to the next Starbucks

Love coming to this Starbucks. I ordered a mocha frappucino, their service is good, fast, and barista’s are very friendly. I don’t come here often though, but will be my go-to if I am in Auburn.

Service not so good, sometimes very good but the drinks sometimes are made badly too much hassle to drive back and get them redone so idk what’s up with that but I usually just go to the one in south auburn.

Nice Starbucks, had a soy mocha and a breakfast sandwich. Wait time was good and staff were nice, bathroom was clean and wasn’t that busy even though it was during the morning rush.

Slow lines very slow. Not friendly at all. They didn’t have cold brew available bigger than tall drink.

I had the most horrible experience here that I have had at ANY Starbucks location. It was so bad, even though this location is convenient, I will not return. My terrible experience occured about a week and a half ago at what should have been a non –peak time. Hubby and I arrived at the drive thru around two pm and we were lined up into the road. We waited ATLEAST ten minutes in line before we even moved one car. But once one car moved, then it went faster so they must have ordered ten frappuccinos. Anyway we wait another ten minutes at least(total time 20 minutes), ridiculous amount of time for a drive thru. Then the snotty chic at the window tells me there is no birthday reward on my gold card. I explain to her I received an e-mail stating there was a birthday reward on my card valid thru May 31. Guess what? She still wouldn’t give me the reward drink after that explanation and a 20 minute wait in the drive thru. She also didn’t offer to get a manager to try and solve the issue. Therefore, I’ll be frequenting other locations.

I’d say the last 3 visits I’d give this location a C, my last visit was perfect except for waiting a long time to eventually inquire about my drink, which was in the drive up window melting apparently. Why is there so much disorder at this starbucks?

Yup, their employees here definitely need an attitude adjustment. We pulled up in the drive through, asked for one drink to be put ONONECARD and another drink to be charged to a SEPARATECARD. The female employee, who will be referred to as «Clueless» from here on in, said, «Oh, that’ll be $ 8.32 at the window.» Hearing that as we started to drive forward, we knew she hadn’t listened to anything outside of what drinks we wanted. At the window, Clueless said, «That’s $ 8.32.» «No,» we replied, as we handed her two Starbucks cards, «We want one drink purchased on one card, and one drink purchased on the OTHER, separate card.» Clueless immediately went into pout mode, «Well, you should have told me that this is what you wanted when you ordered.» ‘WEDID!!” we yelled back, «We told you specifically how we wanted this transaction handled.» We heard her muttering under her breath, but didn’t hear what she was saying. In truth, it didn’t seem to be complimentary. If you’re not willing to listen to what your customers tell you, please don’t feel you have the right to chastise them later on. YOU’RE the problem, not your customer.

A lot of people that come through this Starbucks have a lot to say, but more cons than pros. I really don’t know what the whole big deal is. To me every Starbucks is the same. You order your coffee from the drive-thru, pull up to the window, they start the chit chat on how your days been going and all that jazz. Then they give you your coffee and you tip them and drive off. To me its the ambiance of the place that keeps me coming back. I could sit inside. Order a cup of coffee. And chill on my computer or hand-held-device with the free WiFi they put out.

I don’t know what other people are complaining about, as I’ve ordered at this drive through many times and have never had a bad experience. I was there this morning and the barista was friendly and cheerful, and my drink was tasty as usual. I tried a pumpkin spice frappy — so yummy! If you’re looking for a standard Starbucks experience, here it is.

Avoid this location if possible, at least until their disgruntled employees quit. There are many limitations I will tolerate from food service places, but intentionally ruining a drink because you are irritated with a customer is unforgivable. The little kid and grandma waiting in line were trying to decide between a brownie and a chocolate chip cookie. The kid was cute, which is probably why three Starbucks employees were helping her. Three employees, for a full three minutes. Try to sit for three minutes; it seems like an eternity when you are waiting in line. I didn’t mind, since I didn’t have anyplace else to be. Everyone learned that granddaughter is going to see a sequel movie in about an hour. We learned that she just watched the first movie earlier this morning. We learned that she is starting kindergarten next year, and oh let me tell you about all her skills. What we didn’t learn is what kind of dessert she wants. Unfortunately, it takes three employees to retrieve a cookie from the case, so no other customers, please. When one of them finally looks in my direction, I gave her my drink order. «These people are not done ordering», I was curtly told. Uhh, yeah, but they haven’t ordered anything for three minutes now, and all of you are just standing here. After the cookie was retrieved, employee #2 got really pissy. «What do you want», which is the official Auburn Starbucks greeting. «Iced doppio with two pumps of white chocolate». «What?» is the response. «Iced doppio with two pumps of white chocolate». «Two pumps of what?» Yeah, it’s not going well. Eventually the drink arrives, with what must be at least 8 pumps of white chocolate; more than even a grande white chocolate mocha includes. Rude service included. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. You know you’re going to Starbucks anyway, just drive an extra few blocks to get a properly made drink with less vindictiveness. I surely will.

I’m fairly hard pressed to give this place more than one star. I have been here three times, two via drive-thru. The last drive-thru was so awful that I’m resolved never to come back. Yes, the other morning I was yawning in my car and figured I should get some caffeine in me before I get on the frreeway for the morning commute… pulled into the Starbucks lot… aaaand pulled right back out as soon as I remembered the crappy service. I’d rather drive out of my way to go elsewhere. The drink cup they handed me was filthy. I mean, filthy. Not only did it have milk and espresso and whatever the heck dripping down it, it was a DIRTY cup. I also asked for an empty gift card. I lost my registered Sbux card somewhere(probably AT a Sbux) and I wanted to transfer the money over to a new card, but didn’t have one. It was something about the look the baristas gave each other when I asked for an empty card. I may as well have asked if they could clean the dirty cup with their tongue or something. It’s really not that big a deal to give me an empty card, is it? So then one barista handed the other a card that happened to be sitting on the counter in front of him, presumably a used card that was emptied and the former owner wanted to trash. Sooo. they handed me a dirty card that was all scratched up. THANKS. For a place that prides itself on consistency of quality and impeccable customer service, this place is crap. There’s a reason I pay a premium for my coffee here. I want it made the exact same way it was made at the other places, and I want to be able to send it back if it’s wrong. I also expect you, in a customer service role, to be cheerful about your job. I used to work there, so I feel like I’m entitled to pass these judgments. To give a dirty cup, snark at a customer, and make them feel bad. yeah I’m pretty sure that’s not in the handbook. Two stars simply because I had 2 decent experiences here, however, I won’t ever come back again.

I was at this place on 2−26−11. *Review based on drive-thru experience only* I happened to be in the Auburn area on a Saturday & needed my coffee fix for the morning. Let me first of all say, I wish I could say better things about this Starbucks location, but first impression is everything right? This is one of the newer & nicest looking Starbucks I’ve seen in the sound. However they have a relatively small parking lot. It’s expected at a Starbucks though that there isn’t going to be some giant parking lot. The wait times going through this drive-thru are pretty bad. It’s usually a long line. Expect at least a 10 minute wait just to order if you see a long drive-thru line. They are not quick at all. The customer service from most of the baristas seem as though they just want to get you the hell out of there as quick as possible. I’d describe it as sort of a «why did you come here to make my job harder» sort of attitude. On top of that I saw something I’d never expect to see while aimlessly looking around while waiting for my drink. EMPLOYEESINTHEINSIDEDININGAREA, STANDINGAROUND, DOINGNOT A THING. Definitely a knock on them, seeing as how they could be helping out with drinks to reduce that drive-thru line instead of standing around like its social hour at a night club.
