Our tenants are the most special thing about The Sundancer.

The Sundancer is a family oriented complex, we have lovely grassy areas with picnic tables to enjoy a BBQ or a family outing or a game of soccer or football with the guys…

We are always trying to do little upgrades and want everyone to be comfortable and happy.

We are a small complex, just 44 units in all, there is a laundry room in each of our 3 buildings it is not a gated community but our buildings are very safe, the property is fenced all around and we have security doors at every entrance.

The property is close to most everything, busses, groceries, schools, churches, etc., etc.

History

Established in 1980.

This complex was built in the 1980’s and is still owned today by the very same family who originally broke ground so many years ago!!!

I have managed The Sundancer since July of 2009, I have seen a lot of improvements and upgrades since then, I have had experience in management, sales and marketing and have excessive customer service skills. I love my job and all my tenants.
