My boyfriend decided to try a salon in town and chose this place. I can’t imagine a salon like this being in business for long. We went in, and the receptionist was watching a movie on her laptop facing the opposite direction of the door. The lights were turned off, and the one stylist was doing her makeup in front of a mirror. Neither of them greeted us. The stylist did a horrendous job cutting his hair and spoke with the receptionist the entire time. Not so classy salon. We will never be returning.

I wanted to try out this locations services because I pass it often. I looked up the website and saw all the «flashy» things they promote with their services as in: beer, pool, etc… But my experience was very disappointing. The door was locked when I went to enter. A young woman walked to the window and took off the sign on the door that read «back in 10 minutes.» I thought for a moment they were closed. Once she removed the sign from the door she walked away leaving the door locked. Walked to her station and then noticed by me trying to open the door that it was locked. Laughed about it, asked about young lady where the keys were and then came to the door unlocked it and walked away. She didn’t open the door for me, apologize about the mishap or anything. I was never greeted by anyone in the «salon», at all. I was told to sign in and then the young lady walks to her station without informing me that she would be taking care of me. Once I stood there for a moment she then says she could get me there (in her chair.) I sat down, she asked me what I wanted. I told her what I had done before and she made a strange face of judgement. The entire conversation was based on me trying to get her to talk to me. She wasn’t very friendly at all. She acted as if she didn’t want to be there or may have been hung over. It was a horrible experience. The entire conversation between her and the co-​workers were about men that were sleeping with, etc… It was just a depressing place to be. I will not be returning to this business. Very poor customer service and the haircut wasn’t to my liking because it was uneven and places were missed.
