Dedicated Gluten Free Bakery & Café. Although our focus is Gluten Free we far beyond «just Gluten Free». We also provide Grain Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free options along with using many top notch ingredients. We pride ourselves on using local if possible and organic when appropriate. Almost all of our products are produced with local raw honey, Maine maple syrup, or organic coconut sugar instead of the classic «refined» sugars.

History

Established in 2013.

Tripp’s Primal Farm and Kafé originated out of a home kitchen. Through much desire and testing to make «good for you» and convenient products it saw growth. It’s first audience was family and friends of Mark & Jenn. They where encouraged to bring it further and so they did. The business moved into a community kitchen and became Tripp’s Primal Farm and Kitchen. That allowed them to produce a limited variety and distribute the items through farmers markets with the organic meats they raise on their micro farm. They remained in the farmers market arena for 2 years, which provided great and direct customer feedback. Throughout that time the need was recognized for a brick and motor location that people could access more frequently.

In April of 2015 the business changed into Tripp’s Primal Farm and Kafé and a brick and motor location was the result of this. They where able to expand exponentially and provide a dedicated facility for even the most gluten sensitive individuals.

Mark is a career firefighter with the City of Auburn. Jennifer is a graduate of CMCC with an associates in Medical Assistant.
