Quick service, friendly workers. Easy in & out.
When I drove in, I went up to the ticket dispenser and grabbed one then they directed me to a booth. All they needed was payment. The test took at most 3 minutes. You do have to get out of the car but other than that it was super simple.
$ 15 and I was done. Also, they don’t allow pets in the car so leave your furry ones at home.

I drove right up and was greeted right away and waved to a station. I was in and out faster than the time it takes to get a coffee at Starbucks!
The area was well kept and clean and everything was well organized. The staff was friendly, and even though they all were chatting it up amongst themselves because I was the only vehicle there, they were friendly when they did speak to me when giving me instructions.
In all, this is a great location with has fast and friendly service.

I have been to a few different emissions testing sites in the Puget Sound area, but none of them even come close to the awesomeness of this one in Auburn! I have been here several times and every single time, without exception, the staff is quick and efficient, polite, and incredibly friendly! They’re always in a good mood there, seems they all like their jobs and working with the public. I’ve always had a good experience. My visits have been at various times and even when it’s been incredibly busy (which is rare, and only on weekends) I’ve only had to wait for 10 minutes at the most. They get you in and out with a smile.

I was expecting this to be a long painful event, (not sure why) I went in the middle of the day, during a weekday. There was only 2 cars in front of me, and they opened up another alley to get people through quickly. The attendant was quick and to the point.
I drove my car into the alley way, turned it off, attendant asked me to step out to a nearby seat, ran the quick test on my car (maybe 1 – 3 minutest) told me I could get back in my car. I paid with my credit card, received a clean bill of health, and off I went.
