Came in here with high hopes. Little did I know, it was about 20 minutes to closing and the young woman working with the black rim hipster glasses and terrible attitude was desperately waiting to end her shift to go home and catch up on the latest episode of Orange is the New Black. Upon walking up to the counter me and a friend were ignored for a good 2 minutes by hipster girl who was busy doing dishes. Being heavily medicated on some quality grade cannabis, I didn’t take the hint. My medicated state craved the delicious delicacy of a mom and pop sandwich shop. When finally acknowledging our existence(when she could have been well on her way to completing our order) she merely turned from the sink to take the order. I made a joke about multi tasking and thus began the arduous and grating task of talking to this entitled sandwich artist and trying to fulfill a simple sandwich order. She ended up having to ask a second time for the order after she dried her hands and grabbed a pen. An extra 3 bucks for bacon and banana peppers translated to 4 banana peppers and two strips of burnt bacon. I could literally taste the spite when eating the mediocre sandwich. Needless to say, customers come first, and this woman broke every rule in the customer service ettiquite, dragging out the process in some diluted attempt at making a paying customer feel bad for coming in 20 minutes to close. Perhaps a more ambitious and rewarding career would help this young adult break out of her skewed view of work ethic and common decency.

The grinder bread was bland but fresh. The meats were good in the sandwich but with bland bread it was rather boring. They don’t even supply straws for your drink which was rather odd. Don’t plan to eat your sandwich inside because there is nothing but a long picnic table. All in all just average sandwiches in a deli. Probably would not go back because they are not up to their close by competition as far as a topshelf sandwich goes.

Very good burgers and chicken sandwiches. I love the bbq bison — not many places have bison and not too pricey. Onion rings are great and draft root beer as well.

Love this place. Shop there every week. I am picky about both my deli and meat market, and Willies excels at both. Great olive bar. Produce is fresh. Great service. No lines. Great peeps. What else could you look for? this place is AWESOME!!! Skip the darn supermarkets and shop willies. One of my favorite places around Worcester.

First time visiting weepin willies this afternoon as I was looking for a super market that sold boars head cold cuts(only joint in worcester/auburn area that does). While waiting in line to pay, owner told my wife and I to grab two subs, free of charge, since it was our first time. Subs were fresh and inexpensive(3.50!!!). Quality, clean boutique market w exceptional service and what looked to be a great selection of meats and other food.

I get my lunch there about once a week with my mother, and the sandwiches are great. The Italian subs are AMAZING and they have a fresh salad bar near there as well. There’s also a large selection of fresh fruit, and there’s ice cream as well. It’s very cheap for such great food. I love it.

This was my first visit here in a long time. Special shout out to Joe. He was great. I was undecided and he helped me choose my sandwich for lunch, talked to me while he made it. I’d come back just because of him. He really seemed to enjoy his work and it showed. Enjoyed a roast beef and mozzarella sandwich. Though not as big as I remembered, there was still plenty of food to satisfy my hunger. It was fresh and it tasted great. The more I think about it, the more I think I should stop in here more often.

A great sandwich on our way to CT and a perfect option over a fast food joint. We had cajun turkey with veggie and proportions were spot on! Very Satisfying. They als have premade dishes/subs/pasta bar etc along with fresh fruit and veggie stands. Friendly staff and casual picnic tables indoors for a quick bite on the go.
