Shady, Shady, Shady! Got home to find out that they put the expensive insurance on my Verizon account. Never asked for it, was never told it was added. I am sure the store gets a kick back on this upsell! Next, was told that a purchase of the phone would only need sales tax out the door, they tacked on a «Setup and Go» charge for $ 15. This was not told to me. My bad for not checking the fine print as to what I was signing for. They just scanned the phone into the system. I setup the phone. Ridiculous junk fee.
This place will place a bunch of non-​sense on your bill and invoice. Watch out.
I wont go back at this point!

This place is a joke. All they do is nickel and dime and try to make you buy crap you don’t need. They tried to upsell me on multiple plans multiple times and were very pushy. They were extremely rude and not professional at all. They also hide many fees that they do not disclose. I came back after a week or so to return a case I purchased when I bought the iPhone 6 and noticed there was a garbage fee on the receipt for $ 9.99 which I had not noticed before. This fee was never disclosed. When asked about this fee, the manager Wes Ellenburg, explained it was an activation fee/​data transfer fee and was non refundable. ALL THEY DID WAS TURN ON THE PHONE. I’m already paying Verizon a $ 35 activation fee. Why they he’ll would I pay these yahoos more money? Wes was very difficult to deal with. And when asked to speak with his supervisor told me I could try calling customer service and said good luck. Lesson learned is do not buy from these verizon retailers. They are worse than used car sales men.
