XFINITY Store

I went in grudgingly to replace and exchange some of our old equipment. Jamie helped me within minutes and was friendly and very helpful. Walked out feeling impressed with the organizational turn-​around.

Comcast are liars and thieves. They came to our house and sold us a lie that adding on home security would be cheaper than what im paying now. It wasnt and the second year is 30 $ more plus taxes. Liars

WOW what a bad way to spend the afternoon. First of all they said 15 minutes — only 5 ahead of us so that sounded reasonable. Boy were they off — it ended up 45 minutes with 16 people in line and the service people working like snails.
I asked the person checking in why so long and he said –45 minutes is normal this time of day — huh perhaps that is what they should have said since it is «normal». NOTE — only 3 service representatives.
Next they don’t have chairs — you get to sit on a stool with no back and if you want — you can watch commercials for their product on the tablets in front of you.
Finally we get helped and the initial help took all of 4 minutes — you would think they would have a fast lane for people who just are exchanging items.
Now the «kicker» — they tell us our main unit we have is no longer supported and we need to update. Now we just went in last January and updated. Supposed to be top of the line — and it lasted a whole 6 months — wonder what bottom of the line is.
The unit is supposed to be a recorder but when you change you lose all the shows you recorded — which we did. Guess what — we get to do it all over and lose all the shows again. I had taped 85 eposodes of a series to watch over the last 4 months and now it will be all gone. Great system. Dish is starting to look real good.
I asked if we could have a free move or two «On Demand» — nope not something they do. Remember when they use to have service representatives that cared.

Horrible service! The wait wasn’t that long but the employees were dumb. I have a 4 year old that can explain and work the equipment better than them. It was super noisy and very unprofessional. They kept repeating themselves over and over… who were they trying to convince? Me or them? I am starting to think I made a big mistake getting rid of Direct TV. I do not recommend this store or Xfinity.

Terrible customer service… short staffed… long waits! Spoke to leua tofaeono and when I mentioned I had been waiting an half hour to return equipment in a box that I never ordered that had never been opened due to that fact it was sitting in my apartment managers office for few months and I’m so conveniently being charged for it she smartly shortly and abruptly replied Ive only have been waiting 20 mins (as if that isn’t long. when I checked in only one person was ahead of me and is if my time isn’t valuable or the fact that I’m being inconvenienced by their error) then suggested I could go their federal way store. (Why would I do that when I live in auburn) When I asked her for her name she facetiously spelt it out for me and even offered a card!!! All I could think is that this is a joke… right?! I would also like to add she never once made eye contact with me and even got on her cell phone after our discussion. Completely disrespectful. She offered an «apology» after I pointed out how rude she had been, yet still not eye contact… pretty certain that wasn’t a sincere a apology and was too little too late.
3 Different staff members kept coming in and out of the back up to the check in and at one point leaving it unattended, as the wait list grew nobody else was getting serviced.

I had hoped for a better experience but was not surprised.
Don’t select the «product» category when you check in as it does not work. I noticed my name not on the list of names of customers waiting to be served. When I checked with an employee I was told it is the same as the «service» category. I then checked in again then waited 45 minutes to turn in equipment.
Next I found out the monthly price is different than quoted on the phone. I gave up because the clerk was dismissive and just wanted to move on. I was an inconvenience.

I understand a lot of people get new TVs for the Holidays, but Comcast should know that too and hire more seasonal employees… Waited an hour and a half to get an HD cable box, got home and it doesn’t turn on. 2 stars for just being nice to me.

Seriously!!! An HOUR WAIT to DROP OFF a piece of equipment (modem)??? I didn’t want to upgrade/​exchange, just return their modem because I bought one (instead of paying their outrageous $ 7 a month rental fee). The «receptionist» said I could drop it off with her without waiting the hour, but I wouldn’t get any type of receipt so there wouldn’t be any proof that I returned the equipment… And that the rental fee might not get removed for up to two weeks, maybe longer (if they even «recorded» it being received). «Yes, please let me drop off your equipment without getting a receipt so you can screw me and say you never received it…» They really should have a «drop off equipment» line to expedite the process for people who have other obligations other than waiting hours in line for 3 minutes of service.

A new Comcast Service Center is now open by the Outlet Collection (formerly SuperMall). Recently, I reduced my service plan and needed to return a TV box, exchange an HD box, and inquire about a credit I was supposed to receive.
The store itself is quite inviting. Recently they just added a numbering system and while you wait, there is actually a TV and comfortable seats to make waiting less painful. The customer service is great compared to my prior experiences with their other locations. I have been here 3 times and each time the wait never exceeded 12 minutes.
So in sum: quick service, comfy waiting area, free wireless internet, and helpful staff makes this location a welcome Xfinity place to visit.

I came here a few weeks ago to get my modem switched out. It was a breeze! There is an assistant in the front who will check you in and give you the appx wait time. After that, your associate will call your name. I got Brandyn. I am pretty sure. He was really nice and helpful. He gave me all the instructions that I needed. It was a pretty easy experience.

Well lit store. Has a lobby with a 60″ Samsung flat screen TV to accommodate little people. Also, has 2 express bill pay stations for us to pay our bill while waiting.
Everyone here seems chill. Noise level is medium. Even if you’re the 7^th person in line, it goes by pretty quick.
Free wifi while you wait. Kinda wish there’s a coffee maker here haha!
