Webb’s Towing & Recovery

This company is criminal!!! We hired them to load three single axle day cab trucks for us at an auction site in Orlando. They billed us 5.5 hours for something that should have taken 2 hours tops. The operator was obviously not very experienced and I paid the price for it. Once the job was finally done the operator decided to hold my driver against his will until the credit card transaction went through, at one point he even threatened to hook the drivers truck. When I called the dispatcher to make the payment they tried to charge an amount different than what was on the invoice, after some argument I gave up and payed the extra amount so that the tow driver would stop holding my driver hostage. I would think twice about using this company, especially if they know you are between a rock and a hard place. They operate like the Wild Wild West.
