Description

History

Established in 1984.

Owner, Anthony Salicandro’s family name «Salicandro» has been associated with excellence in music lessons in South Jersey for almost 5 decades. His parents Frank and Angelina Salicandro founded their music school in 1958. Frank and Angelina’s children Gia and Anthony always found time to be involved with the family music school along with their careers as professional musicians.

In 1984, Anthony Salicandro began a private teaching practice in Haddonfield which has since evolved into the «Conservatory of Musical Arts», now located in Audubon, NJ.

Conservatory of Musical Arts students have been successful in attaining competition awards and excellent positions in the area of regional ensembles. Many of our students have received scholarships to the finest music colleges in the country and have pursued their musical careers, establishing themselves as fine musician educators among the music community.
