in each room and a number of decorative accessories throughout to

make it feel like home. With month to month leases, ATC’s furnished

suites offer flexibility whether you are travelling for business, a family

in transition in between home selling or building or even families

displaced due to fire or flood.

History

Established in 1975.

ATC Development has been in business for more than 35 years constructing and managing apartment rentals and town homes for sale. Our reputation has been built on professional management, affordable prices and dependable service. We are now offering fully furnished suites at some of our communities.

We currently manage ten communities in Georgia and two communities in South Carolina.
