They were very welcoming and friendly super clean a little pricey but worth it. Offered coffee and tea while I waitied literally 2 mintes. Amazing hair cut and a cute informal up do will def be returing. Convenient as well. Highly recommended.

I went here based on the reviews here in Unilocal.I highly recommend Kaylee! My appointment was for a cut/​color. New to the area, I took my old hair stylist’s card with me, which had the exact color codes I typically use for my color and highlights. She was able to match those perfectly! For my cut, I chopped off all my hair! I went from an a-​line bob to a feminine pixie cut. I brought in a couple of pictures and she was able to make it happen. She worked with me each step of the way and happily made suggestions and did any adjustments I asked for along the way. I LOVE the cut and will definitely be back.
The salon itself is really nice. Clean, and each stylist has their own station which is a slightly made into a personal space.
I wanted to give two stars, but Kaylee was too awesome. At one point when I was at the sink letting some product sit, two other stylists took their customers to the sinks on either side of me and proceeded to trash talk another stylist in the salon. This is incredibly unprofessional and definitely inappropriate in front of customers. Had Kaylee not been so great, I wouldn’t be back because of this.

I was able to scheduled within the week. 1^st time at this salon and stylist Gabriella was awesome! I had my color touched up and hair cut. I will definitely will go back again.

I’ve been here three times, twice for my daughter & once for myself. Kaylee was our stylist & did a wonderful job! My daughter got her hair colored for the first time. She wanted highlights & I wanted to make sure it wasn’t too drastic. Kaylee recommended a «bolayge» (sp?), which is a gradual color change from roots to end. It was a little too subtle so we came back & she lightened it some more, at no extra charge. Today, I came in wanting something totally different & chopped a good 6+in off. I showed her a bunch of different styles & told I wanted something w/​5min or less style time at home. I got exactly what I wanted! Fringey, a little edgy if I put a little bit of gel & finger-​piece it out, but smooth & sleek if I round brush it. Yay!

I have black hair I asked Gabrielle to give me a sombre look and she gave highlights and the lower part of my head had more highlights than the rest she did not know what she was doing honestly she kept asking Ashley for advice

I had two sets of appointments last week at Bella Capelli. I was very excited because I had just moved her from out of state and the reviews seemed very promising. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I debated about whether or not to write this review as I don’t want to be seen as mean or spiteful but this needs to be shared to protected other new comers. The owner and the stylist that worked on my hair were both very nice but unprofessional in multiple ways.
I had orange hair when I originally came in because I used at at home treatment to remove most of the bright red that was previously in my hair. I had stated that I would like my hair to be blonde but understood that red was difficult to get out so I’d be happy with a dirty blonde as well. Instead she told me that getting my hair to the «blonde blonde» I wanted wouldn’t be a problem. The first appointment I spent a majority of my appointment (which took almost 4 hours) ignored as she had another client then rushed out the door with wet hair because she stayed so late. When I got home and dried it I realized that it was not orange anymore nor a dirty blonde like she had said it would be but a greenish grey.
It definitely made me concerned but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. It was a later appointment and she seemed pretty new. My second appointment I was in the chair for 6 hours as my hair was way over processed. I have always had very healthy, strong, and soft hair no matter what I’ve done to it but straw now has better texture and feel than my hair does. They didn’t even finish washing out my hair so I came home with bleach all over my scalp and hair on the base of my head.
I called the manager to inform her of what happen a day later because I wanted to make sure that we could have a calm discussion. All I got from her was an insincere «whoops sorry that shouldn’t have happened» and that she would speak to my stylist. I got the same response from her. It’s been over a week and I still have clumps of hair falling out. The color is streaky and skunk like. Leaving bleach in someone’s hair that long is a safety and health hazard. I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously and truly hope that they don’t do this to someone else.

I went to this salon recently for the very first time for a cut and highlights. I had previously scrambled through Unilocal reviews of Augusta salons for the best salon and stylist and decided to make an appointment with Ashley Earle at Bella Capelli. I called on a Friday and was able to get in to see her the following Tuesday, so very quickly. The salon itself is super cute and the design is very unique with the little quad wooden work areas. The chairs at the sink are even nice and recline back. As far as my hair went? I walked out feeling fabulous! Ashley seems to know exactly what will make you look good and is very good at keeping close to pictures if you bring them in. She did a technique called «rooting» so that my blonde highlights didn’t have a line of demarcation and I was impressed with the cut, too. Looked just the way I wanted to, or even better! Ashley herself was extremely chipper and pleasant and I’d return to her any day. Gabrielle was another stylist working there and I could see her doing her clients’ hair and though I have not personally had her do my hair before, by the looks of what she was doing, she’s an excellent hair stylist as well. The cost for a cut and highlights for my mid-​back length hair was $ 175, not including a tip. I would return any day! Loved Bella Capelli!

My friend and I made appointments for 3pm today. We walked in about 20 minutes early to be greeted with lots of attitude. I guess the lady behind the counter isn’t used to people being on time, but it wasn’t as if we were expecting to get started right away. It was our first time visiting this salon, and we had read great reviews. Right around the time of our appointments, they took another client, one who was also new, but showed up just five minutes prior to getting called back. No big deal, maybe they were running a bit late.
Thirty minutes after our scheduled appointment, without any excuse as to why we were being kept waiting, my friend and I decided we had had enough. While we were waiting for nearly an hour, we watched two stylists leave, and one spend about 10 minutes fussing over her own hair after her client paid and left.
Needless to say, if this is how they treat new clients, I don’t want to come back to find how they treat regulars. Perhaps if we had shown up right on time or even a bit late, they might have taken us right away. I know that I’m not ever given this salon my money. I don’t have time our money to waste on a business that doesn’t keep their appointments.

I don’t know if I love my hair or my stylist more. And I love both of them so much. Ashley Earle is honestly one of the best people I’ve ever met and she makes you feel so welcome and not at all an inconvenience.

I’ve heard good things about this place about hair but I went for my nails and what a disappointment. $ 60 for a mani/​pedi that isn’t even decent is ridiculous, I still have nail polish on my skin around my nails– hands and feet. She didn’t even cut the cuticles or clean underneath my nails properly. Will definitely not be coming back.

Salon was nice and friendly, but my results were unsatisfactory. Color was good, but cut disappointing. I decided to cut my waist length hair into a «long» layered bob with slightly shorter back. I ended up with a classic bob that was a good 2 inches too short. The stylist curled my hair before I left so I didn’t notice my chop job until the next day when I straightened it. Will not be returning.

I’ve been going to this salon for the last two years now and while I’ve never had my hair done by anyone other than Gabrielle, I can say without reservation that it’s the best care my hair has ever received. Cut and color always come out flawlessly and my hair has probably never looked better (which in no way has fed into my narcissism, that’d be ridiculous). I get compliments all the time, which always feels great.
I also go here to get facial waxing done; I’ve been to a few other places in town but no one is as professional and careful about it as this salon. I know I’m waxing poetic now (badump-​chhhh) but really I love this place and can’t recommend it enough.

I made an appointment to have a haircut with Ashley a couple of weeks ago. Still the best hairstylist I have ever had! Tip: After reading the other recent reviews, if you request Ashley, her last name is Earle. There are two «Ashley’s» that work here now. The receptionist had asked me which one I was requesting and I already knew because she had given me her business card when I first came here. Just an FYI if you’re a new client and you decide to request her.

I’ve gone here twice now to the infamous Ashley. I’m surprised she has any time to take appointments because people love her and for a good reason too!
Loved my hair both times. Ashley is super professional but very personable. She makes you feel like you’re her best friend. I move in a few months and I will definitely miss this great service.

Ashley cut and colored my hair. She layered my hair, and it looked so much better than it was before! I also wanted some fun colors, pink and purple, on the tips of my hair and she was ecstatic to do it. She was very upbeat and made the experience fun. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly. The atmosphere itself was inviting, too. I don’t get my hair done very often, and I’m glad I decided to go here.

The purple came out of my hair fairly quickly… As in 2 days. I didn’t shampoo it either, just rinsed it and bam! Suddenly I had green hair. :(I asked another stylist and apparently the dye didn’t set correctly or something. The green hair was ok looking but it kinda reminded me of blonde headed people who swim in pools too long and the chlorine dyes it green.

I’ve been going to Juanita for the past 8 months. She is fantastic! My first appointment she asked questions about I like my hair done, if I was looking for a change, and offered her suggestions on how to look my best. She always takes her time and I’ve never felt rushed. I rarely have to wait more than a couple of minutes if I arrive on time. I feel as if my time is valued and I leave feeling pretty and pampered every visit.
The salon is clean and has a relaxed atmosphere, but very professional.

I had recently gotten my hair done here and it wasn’t what I wanted. Because of the amazing customer service this place has, they offered to fix it to my liking while fitting me in the schedule asap.
I must say, this visit was awesome. Ashley and Juanita made sure I wasn’t going to leave until I got exactly what I wanted. They went above and beyond to make me happy. I felt like I had my personal a glam squad.
Tip: These people care about how you feel walking out of the salon, so make sure you tell them if you’re unhappy. That’s the last thing they want!
In the end, I really do suggest going here. :)

Ashley did an amazing job fixing an atrocious haircut I had gotten the week before. She will be my permanent stylist from here on out.

I had a very good experience here. I have gone twice and both times I saw Gabrielle for a hair cut. The first time, I had very long hair and was dying for a change. I apprehensively told her to take off 6 inches. She listened and took no more or no less. My hair looked great! I went back a few months later and saw Gabrielle again, I took another 4 inches off (I should have done this all at once… idk why I was so scared) and I love my cut and style. I also got my eyebrows waxed by her. She did a good job. The only complaint I have about the wax is that they didn’t have a dedicated waxing room.
The staff is all very nice and friendly. I was always greeted warmly when I walk into the salon. And I like how they give reminder calls about appointments I am one to forget about appointments.

Ever since I first treated myself to Bella Capelli, I’ve been hooked.
I’ve gone at least 2 more times since last April (It would have been more, but I’ve been abroad for work), and consistently get attentive and quality service from Gabrielle and the rest of the staff. I only go for hair cuts, but I am very tempted to try out the exfoliating MicroZone treatment!
