Brueckner’s Fine Meats

I love that Brueckners is around. They offer solid quality products and fair pricing. Their house made sausages are really great, and you can get german cold cuts as well. Don’t miss out on the spicy head cheese. Yum. Sometimes the store appears pretty empty and other times it is well stocked. It never hurts to call ahead and place an order if you need something, but I’m usually well serviced since I go there particularily for the sausage.

This place is small and clean with friendly, helpful service. It also smells great!
They have hand-​made German sausages as well as other cuts of steak, meats, and even fresh brown eggs.
Most of the meat they sell here comes from their own farm, so if you’re looking for a small business to support, with fresh organic meats, then here you go!
They’ll even process your deer and other game here!
They also have specials on buying meat in bulk. Like their breakfast special which is POUNDS of sausage, bacon, and biscuits for around 30 bucks. You can feed an army, or your family for a good week. lol
You might want to call ahead for large orders, or to check on their stock. Meat and eggs sell out fast here!
This is one of the only butchers I was able to find in the Augusta area without having to travel into South Carolina to get there!
