About as bad as it gets. I purchased a new home where constant air installed the heating and cooling system. If you are looking for quality repair and workmanship, please look elsewhere.
First off, the failed to hook up a register in one of the rooms, meaning we had to cut holes in the sheetrock of our new home in order to hook it up. In the upstairs, they failed to hook up the drain properly for the AC and the unit almost spilled over the pan. They didn’t hook up the alarm to stop shut the unit down. This is just the start of the problems I’ve had with these guys.
My upstairs heating system has had nothing but problems. I’ve replaced the fan motor a total of four times. The motor has not be properly aligned in the fan cage meaning it runs for a few months before it burns out. Following the last fan replacement, only the A/​C works and heating does not. Clearly these guys don’t know what they are doing. Left 4 messages for these guys to fix the problem, and they won’t return my call.
Im going to have to someone else who stands by their work and fixes the problem the first time. The home builder who originally hired these guys refuses to work with them anymore. Nearly everyone on my block has had some sort of issue with their heating and cooling system.
