I loved coming here in the past along with my wife. Recently they have out sourced their billing department, too bad all those jobs were lost. Now my wife’s and my bills were completely screwed up and when we tried to get them right it was met with rudeness and insistence they were right. Did not know Jesus worked at The Eye Guys. Would I still come here if I needed surgery, probably due to the Doctors. However the layers of rudeness around them makes me concerned. If the Doctors have no idea this is happening, time to wake up. Some of you are former military and I have seen 2 of you, enjoyed the visits but as a veteran I am ashamed of the treatment my wife faced when trying to fix simple errors. You should be ashamed as well. Take charge and fix the situation as former military officers should. For the future we will take our business elsewhere. Fix it and we may come back.

I have been greatly impressed by everything about The Eye Guys. I debated eye surgery for years, so I went in for a free consultation after a coworker referred us to this practice. The facility itself was new, warm, and inviting, and everything seemed to run like a well oiled machine. The consult, pre-​LASIK exam, LASIK surgery, and post-​op examinations have all been great — I have never had to wait later than my appointment time, and every question I’ve had has been answered in detail throughout the process. Every single member of the staff has been helpful, professional, and friendly on each one of my visits. I highly recommend these folks if you plan on having LASIK or PRK here in the CSRA.

Very frustrating, feels like a disorganized cattle call. The waiting room is always packed and they’re always running behind schedule. You will not get out of here in under 2 hours. There’s an army of assistants who walk around slowly, carrying files, like they’re lost. Others walk around in groups of 2 – 3 just talking. You never see the same person twice, and the dr. only comes in for a quick 15 minutes. The staff is very abrupt, rushed, and impersonal (since there are at least 50 people waiting behind you to get in). This office is much too big to provide personalized care.

Just went for my first visit this past Thursday. What a great experience! The staff is very nice and professional. They explain everything to the letter. I enjoyed my visit.
