Had a non smoking room that smelled funky. The shower changes temps a lot while using it, it went from mild to scalding for like 5 minutes while I was in it even with the cold water turned all the way. The bed and pillow were both VERY firm. Then when I went to leave I had to take the stairs down from the sixth floor because the elevators weren’t running… this place isn’t even close to being worth the price they charge you.

Awesome hotel. We paid $ 76 a night for a weekend stay. Very nice lobby. Hotel is all very up to date. Hotel has great service with great accommodations. The room itself was huge. It had a sitting area with a full fridge, microwave, and sink. Lots of desk space with plugs for electronics. It had a big king size bed. Although the bed was a little to hard for my liking but some people like it that way. But the sheets were fresh. The bathroom was a little small but it was clean and that’s all I care about when it comes to hotel bathrooms. Overall very nice, up to date and clean hotel. I would love to stay here again!

Smells like cigarette smoke. Found the sprinkler covered in the guest room. This is a violation and fire safety issue. If this occurs in several rooms then the guest are put at risk.

Im rating it this low because i have had better for cheaper. Got a good price off of Hotwire for 46 $ a night for 5 nights and for the price that i paid im ok with what i got two weeks before the Masters… The people that worked there are friendly and helpful… Breakfast was not that bad… For the room… it was clean very open and nice looking, but for the bed… it has to be the worst bed that i have ever slept on. It was a very hard bed and the pillows to match. Im just glad that i had my own. Would i say again… only if it is at that price.

My husband and I needed a two night stay and found this hotel for 79 a night which was pretty good. The hotel is nice, staff is friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was complimentary and had a good variety. However, my husband didn’t like the bed and the bathroom was not good. Really small, rust stains on the floor around the toilet and the shower was old and temperature was hard to control. If the bathroom was better, I definitely would have stayed here again. It wasn’t bad bit next time I’ll spend a little more to have a better bathroom.

In preparing to move to the Augusta, GA area my husband and I stayed here for several days several different times while we viewed houses. It’s always clean, breakfast is always plentiful, parking lot is well lit, front desk folks are always courteous and friendly. The only con is the noise level from the interstate. I just use a noise machine and sleep like a baby. The beds are amazing.

I would have given this place a 4 star but the noise coming from the highway is just too loud. Way too loud for the hotel. Otherwise, everything else is good.

This was our first time staying in a Jameson Inn, and I have to say I was surprised at how nice everything was. Most importantly for us on this trip, the hotel(and the whole chain) is pet friendly, charging $ 15/night for our dog to stay with us. We saw 2 other dog families while we were there. The place was clean and looked new, not run down at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The maid staff made sure we got clean towels and replacement coffee even though our dog was in the room. The lobby area was bright, lots of room in the breakfast area. The breakfast was pretty standard, eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit, etc. Everything was kept well stocked and the staff was again very pleasant. Coffee was extra good! We had a non-smoking king room and had plenty of space. LOTS of desk space, nice sitting area and the refrigerator & microwave are very handy. The bathroom wasn’t huge, but there was plenty of counter space and hot water. The only cons I can think of were the need for at least 1 towel bar in the bathroom, and the noise from the interstate is a bit loud. It didn’t bother me but my wife got woken up once from a really loud motorcycle. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the far side of the hotel, away from I-20. I’d definitely stay here again, and I’d consider another Jameson Inn when we’re looking for a pet-friendly hotel.

We stayed here for almost two weeks and enjoyed our stay. They have hot breakfast every morning(waffle maker), cereal, orange juice, eggs(already cooked), fresh fruit, bagels and coffee/tea. The rooms have fridges and microwaves which are a plus.

I got this hotel through a hotwire booking and it was really awesome for the price.
