I am a primary care physician who does something unusual: I work for my patients! Instead of being paid for coming up with problem codes, doing procedures, or forcing people to come in, I charge a monthly fee (between $ 30 and $ 60 per month) which gives people access to me when they need me and how they need me. Why make someone come in (and spend hours waiting) for a problem I can handle over the phone, or via electronic messaging? My office is for my patients. I work to enable them to take better care of themselves. I spend time with them and listen to them. People should expect more from doctors! I try and set a higher standard.

History

Established in 2013.

I left my old practice in the fall of 2012 to start this new practice. I worked in the old «pay for sickness» model for many years, but got burned out. I hated feeling like I was never doing enough for my patients. Since opening in the spring of 2013, my practice has steadily grown.
