Ace Pool Table Service

Let me start by saying that i live in Central Illinois and nobody in my area works on pool tables. I tried everyone and no luck, in fact usually i did not even get a call back.
I found Ace Pool Table Service on Craigslist. I emailed Juan and he got back with me in minutes. The table i have is a 1923 Billiardette which is from the prohibition era. Its about half the size of a bar table and very old.
Juan and his assistant drove over three hours to my house and were there promptly at 0900. Very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Complete attention to detail. Took them about two hours but once it was done it looked amazing.
Price was very reasonable and they did so well i left them a big tip. If you ever need a table moved, re-​felted (as was my case) or anything pool table related don’t waste anytime looking elsewhere and call Ace Pool Table Service.

There was one good review on google that was positive but I was following my gut when going with them
I spoke with Shelly and she helped me orchestrate the entire move, from the pick up home, to my home
I also explained to her that the table needed to be re-​felted And then I wanted the Simonis 860
The price to move the table was very reasonable at $ 420
And re-​felting with that cloth was even more reasonable at an additional $ 300
That cloth alone is $ 320 without installation online!!! That’s a great deal
I spoke with the woman who owns the house at pick up And she said the crew was very friendly and very efficient
When they came to my house they were courteous professional and very efficient and had the entire table te-​felted and perfect in four hours
The only take cash or check. Which was fine with me
And I could not be happier with my decision
I am a business owner and an absolute freak about customer service And these guys absolutely made my day.

I had my pool table taken down and the slate crated. They came on time and were very friendly. The table was taken down and the 3 piece slated crated It was completed extremely professionally. Great work. I would recommend this company to anyone. It was a great experience
