Extremely professional and FRIENDLY! I am so happy and will be calling Lee for any and all future projects. I wanted to turn my coat closet into an entertainment center and called a couple companies about running electric and cable into the closet. None of them seemed too confident about the work and gave crazy quotes. Lee came out and said yes it can be done and gave me a great quote. The installer was on time, professional and worked quickly. Fantastic overall!

AMP Electric was very responsive and communicated effectively. They were able to fit my project in within a week, on a Saturday. The electrician was very nice and hard working. He showed up early and finished the job quickly to our satisfaction. One of our light fixtures that he installed was from IKEA. Something was wrong with the fixture. The electrician took the time to come up with an adequate and creative work around. The light fixtures look and work great.

From the start, I have been thoroughly impressed with Amp Electric. My husband and I recently bought a house and needed our hot tub set up (220 v), a couple exterior lights put in, and an exterior outlet installed. We had two electric companies come out and Lee, from Amp Electric had great ideas for hiding the wiring while the other company wanted to run conduit all over our patio. Not only did he have a quote to me the next day but he was BBB certified and was less expensive than the other company that also came highly recommended.
We weren’t able to set a firm date for them to come out because our hot tub hadn’t arrived yet, but Lee was very accommodating on finding us an appointment once it arrived. On the day of our appointment, I was very surprised when three electricians arrived! They were so professional and had everything completed by EOB, except for reattaching a cable box I asked them to move.
Earlier in the day, I asked their advice on a breaker that kept tripping. They offered to replace it for free since they had to come back on Monday to reattach the cable box. I had expected the entire job would take two days, so I was quite pleased that they were generous enough to throw in the extra work as a kind gesture. Glad to have a dependable electrician I can call in the future.

I just had Lee out to my house after I had another company hit me with what I felt like was an astronomical quote. I’m all for spending money to have a quality job done, but I get pretty ticked off when someone abuses the fact that I don’t know anything about electrical work. Lee was the opposite. He’s a straight shooter.
His quote was nearly HALF of what the first company gave me. Lee took the time to explain what needs to be done in order to ensure my house is safe and indicated what I would probably need done for future projects. I did not feel pressured at all! It’s a relief to know that there are people out there who want to do a good job without taking a person for a financial ride.
To help me keep costs down, he’s going to show me how to do some of the work myself. Hats off to him.

This is the second time I have called Lee and I’m impressed every time. Lee is professional, honest and fair which is difficult to find in an electrician. This time he brought his Tech, Sam, who is also professional nice guy who did the job right, quickly and professional.

1^st time i had called Amp needed a breaker for furnace. Was so stressed, Lee is so very nice on the ph. Very busy but doesnt rush. Sent Sam out so very very respectful, yes sir and yes mam. Very nice young man. Had some gfi installed too. I knew breaker would be obsolete but Lee found it for me. Actually had him order 2 just in case. PRICES ARE GREAT! I would absolutely trust Sam in my home alone if i had to leave. I was looking for a reasonable priced electrician to fix 3 outdoor outlets. Amp Electric quickly returned my call, set an appointment, gave me an estimate and delivered on everything they promised. They called to see if they could come early. Sam was on-​time, courteous and knowledgeable about what I needed done. He went above an beyond to do the job right. If you need a professional that is reasonably priced, AMP electric is worth the call.

We must give a 5 star review for Lee, we found him on Unilocal by looking at the previous reviews, not too many but great, we called him and left a message in a morning and received his reply in a short period of time, he told us he will be at our condo in 20 minutes, sure he showed up in 20 minutes sharp, we were impressed because we like people to be on time! One star already! He greeted us with a hand shake. Our circuit breaker kept tripping and we all thought it maybe a really quick fix, but we were wrong, Lee patiently checked every outlet and switches, after a lengthy troubleshooting, hey hey hey, he found the wires in the ceiling fixture was the culprit! 4 star at this time! After he spent one and half hour of his time, he told us the price that we think it’s so reasonable, 5 star here! He will be our electrician from now on! Good job, professional and friendly pal!

Lee is terrific, quick, clean, very knowledgeable, well priced and a super nice guy. And guess what he returns phones calls and shows up when he says.

Trying to find a electrician who will not rip you off is very hard.
Well that problem is fixed, lee at amp electric knows his trade, is very intelligent, and is FAIR AND HONEST.

If you have an electrical project that needs to be done, AMP Electric and Lee is the one for the job! We had a rather big residential job that needed to be done with changing out a circuit breaker panel and upgrading our service to 200 amps (something no homeowner should be taking on themselves). We got quotes from several companies that were absurdly expensive. AMP Electric came in at a fair price, and was highly recommended from the reviews we had read. It is obvious that we made the right choice in hiring AMP Electric. Lee and his apprentice made easy work of the job that other electricians said would take days to accomplish. They arrived on time, and got everything done and cleaned up very quickly. Communication with Lee is fantastic and he answered any questions or concerns we had quickly. We will definitely be calling on AMP again in the future!

We are very happy with our decision to use Lee for our big lighting project. He and his assistant were timely, extremely courteous, and did a wonderful job. We will definitely use them again.

Called early in the morning to schedule an appointment and left a message when no one answered. It’s 10 hours later and still haven’t received a callback.
