Two people standing around telling us to wait while three other reps are busy. Customer service here has been bad in the past too… only came here to adjust my service plan, and have been waiting for 15 mins so far. Another couple of folks have come in as well… both told to wait by one of the two non-​busy people on one of the three busy people.

Being in the store for 30 minutes, no one came up to help us. When a staff walked by us, he just said «excuse me». That’s it! Didn’t even say, we will be right with you or anything! Yeah, if you don’t mind wasting your time and being ignored in this store, you can go there.

Inconsistent service… awesome or poor when I go. I have gone to upgrade phones, pay bills, ask about features, get accessories, and activate new service. The level of service and the attention to detail varies from associate to associate. From being skipped over in line to not all the parts being in phones have frustrated me.
On the other hand, I have experiences where the people there go above and beyond to debug my phone… and get it sent back to factory specifications after the phone stops working.
My advice to anyone when you shop… see how attentive the associate is when they great you or not. If not… walk away and find another location.
