Terrible customer service. Bought a defective product, exchanged it for a new pair which also didn’t work. After the second try, I give up, I want my hundred bucks back so I can go buy a set of headphones that DOES work. They tell me they have a 14 Day return policy. Well, I got the second set a week ago, so that is a new transaction and a new product and a new 14 days. I want my money back. The kicker is, they can’t even DO the exchange because they don’t have the headphones in stock! I WANT A REFUND!!! On an unrelated note, another customer there had such an issue, the cops were called. Nice and ghetto. That place sucks, I’ll never go there, buy an AT&T product or LG product again. EVER. Hope the last $ 250 you got outta me this Christmas was worth the many thousands I will spend in the future on electronics made by other companies and at other stores!
