Over the past several years, I have had BP out to my house and several of my rental units for repairs or new unit installations. They are efficient, very reasonable, and most of all honest. Highly recommend Bill and his team at BP! I had a heater go out in one of my rental units on a Saturday. another company that my property manager called wanted $ 4.200 to replace the heater, BP did it on the same day for nearly half that amount.

I called mid-day after discovering my furnace went out and someone was at my house within an hour. Fast, friendly and professional. I don’t think they are the cheapest out there, but I also only felt mildly ripped off, so I don’t think their pricing is out of line. He charged me for his travel time from his last job to my house, a practice I’m not familiar with, but nonetheless I would still recommend them based on their swift response time and professional service.

I recently used B P for a furnace cleaning (for a customer’s property) and this company is top notch.
1. Bill and his son are both friendly, timely, and professional.
2. The price cannot be beat. I called at least 5 other companies and no one came close to touching B P’s price.
3. They were able to get us in next day.
4. I have heard nothing but compliments about this company from the property owner since they serviced the furnaces.
I highly recommend them!
