I am quite pleased with Beauty Concepts. Irina does a beautiful job on manicures and pedicures. She makes me feel quite pampered. I like the fact that even though I am only there every once in awhile she welcomes me feel like a regular.
The manager is very nice. She matches Grouon prices and always lets you know of upcoming specials. I am glad to be on their email list because they do have good deals.
I also like the fact that they make every effort to fit you in if you for some reason have a need to get in ASAP. For me, I had an unexpected trip come up and I was able to get the works (hair color and cut, mani-​pedi and brow threading) all in the same day as I called.
The prices are quite reasonable especially compared to the Naperville spas.
Staffs licenses are clearly posted. This makes me feel so much more comfortable than the production line nail places.
I recommend this place to family and friends. The only reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is the hairdresser used quite a bit of product on my hair. It looked very nice when I left the salon but I had no idea what to do with my hair once I was on my own. I never was able to recreate anything that even closely resembled what she had created.
I am looking forward to the next time I get my haircut that I won’t be in such a rush. That way I will have the time to learn from the hairdresser how to work with a new hairstyle.
P. S. Make sure you bring cash for tips. I don’t think they let you include them on your charge or debit card.

I am new to the area, so I rely on Unilocal to help me find different things from restaurants to car repair, and most of the time the reviews are reliable. So, when it was time to find a salon, I turned once again to Unilocal.Beauty Concepts was close to my house, prices seemed reasonable, and there were lots of good reviews.
My SIL was visiting, so we decided we wanted mani-​pedis and I desparately needed a cut and color. I called Beauty Concepts and they managed to fit us in that same day. We had a wonderful experience! Everyone there is lovely. Irina does beautiful manicures and pedicures, and JB took extra time to chat with me about my hair since I wanted color and it was my first time in the salon.
I couldn’t be happier with my hair. Both the cut and color are perfect, and I’ll be going back for my touch-​ups. They also do eyebrow threading, which I’ve never tried, but I’m going all-​in on my next visit. I am an extremely satisfied customer and I’ve found my salon. Thank you, Beauty Concepts.

Love this place! I have always been hesitant on letting other touch my eyebrows because I have had horrible experiences in the last. Gita does a lovely job every time I come here. Hands down the best eyebrow place I’ve been to. I’ve tried out a lot of different places and nothing compares to Beauty Concepts. Gita is the best there is with threading — she leaves them flawless every time and she’s gentle while she threads — which is important because threading can hurt in general. Not only are their services top notch but their prices are very reasonable. You can’t beat this place!

I recently moved to the area and was putting off getting my brows done because my previous girl was amazing. After reading the reviews, I was sold. I arrived and was taken immediately. I told Gita this was my first time threading and was switching because of breaking out from waxing. She explained the process well and even used a special aloe lotion to avoid future breakouts. Because of the $ 15 card limit I purchased two future visits. I am glad to have found Gita and will be a regular. Be sure to bring cash for tips!

After years of plucking my own eyebrows, I had given up that they would ever be full and gorgeous, like the kind on models in the magazines. I found beauty concepts and starting going every 2 weeks to have my eyebrows threaded. In between visits I do not touch them! It has been only two months and my eyebrows look so much better. They are fuller and have a great shape to frame my face. I will continue until they are completely filled in and the exact shape I desire. I see Geta, she is great!

I started coming here after my beloved Rivaz closed in Naperville. This place is across the street from me and super cheap ($ 5). They have done my eyebrows wonderfully every time!

They have a minimum charge of $ 15 on a card, so bring cash for service and tip. I like to have them charge me the 15 on the card so that they can give me Eyebrow certificates for future use.

Found this place via groupon. They did an awesome job on my eyebrow threading! I was in and out in 15 minutes! Will be back!

Based on my one time experience, I REALLY WISH I discovered this salon sooner. It’s unfortunate that I will be moving soon, but if I am ever back in town I will 100% be back! The other salon, that I usually go to for my waxing, couldn’t fit me in at the last moment (aka today), so I decided to go online and quickly find another place with good reviews.
I called in, was greeted on the phone instantly, and booked an appointment within the SAME afternoon. Talk about EFFICIENT! I got to my appointment 10 minutes early, someone welcomed me right away, and was taken to a private room in the back within minutes of arriving. This has never happened to me before, I’m usually waiting for about 20 – 30 minutes in the waiting area. The place wasn’t empty either, there were a handful of customers already inside. Since I was a first time customer, I filled out a basic questionnaire saying that I wasn’t on accutane, or other medications, and disclosed allergies.
The lady waxing me was very friendly and sweet because let’s admit it… beauty is pain :(Also, she worked fast so I wasn’t too uncomfortable. My wax job was done in about 15 minutes and I was on my way to my next errand.
***5/​5 for atmosphere, timeliness, efficiency, AND staff!
Tip: This place is in the same strip mall area as the Toy’s R Us (incase you have trouble finding it).

Gita and the other ladies do amazing, precise work with their threading! So happy to have found them!

Awesome little place — went in for a mani/​pedi (they did a great job) and ended up getting my brows threaded too. I was very apprehensive but she did a phenomenal job! I would only go to the Browtique in Orland Park, but they are so good there they are booked months in advance and are super far for me. I’m so happy to have found an alternative for a fraction of the price! Going back today or tomorrow for another threading!

Beauty Concepts salon and spa does amazing eyebrow threading. Very reasonably priced.
Convenient location and friendly staff.

I have been trying to grow out my eyebrows for a while now and Gita has been the one to make my eyebrows the way I want them to be. She is a wonderful person, I specifically asked to just clean up my eyebrows and not thread them too thin. She did exactly that. I was very satisfied when I left. All of us women know that growing our eyebrows out is a pain, but she made me really content when I went in to see if they can be fixed. They look thicker than they were before and even. I have been coming to her for a while now and I definitely recommend her service. The price is great as well! You will not regret it!

Gita is the only person I let do my eyebrows. I am very picky and she always confirms how I want them 1^st, no assumptions. Great, clean atmosphere. Price is great and service is fast. Ask for Gita for your threading needs.

Found this place via Groupon. The manicure and pedicure were great, but I should have gone with my gut and NOT let them wax my eyebrows. Whatever wax they used damaged my skin and now I have big red marks under my left eyebrow. They kept pushing threading on me and I must have said no 10 times — maybe they push threading because they don’t know how to wax. Needless to say, I will not be back.
Edit 12÷26÷14: Gita, in response to your comment, I understand that certain skincare products (and prescription medications) cause drying of the skin, so that is why technicians at reputable salons ask the customer if they are on those medications prior to applying wax to the skin. Technicians at reputable salons also make sure the wax is hot enough before dragging it across the customer’s skin, causing the skin to break. Please don’t preach to me, especially when it is apparent that no one working at your salon (s) knows a thing about waxing. I highly recommend that you not offer waxing services, if threading is all you want to do.
