I called Bite Back when my roommate brought home bed bugs after Christmas. I have two cats and was looking for a company that wasn’t just going to spray my house with a bunch of chemicals and call it a day (once in college my landlord called Terminex for a bedbug problem, and the chemicals NEVER worked). Jake is the owner, and he is super professional and incredibly thorough, and uses steam which kills the bugs immediately. Plus he offered me a guarantee which means that if I do see a bug in the next month or so he will come right back over and treat the place again for free. I am so pleased, God knows bed bugs are the WORST and I was so happy for a peaceful night of sleep. If you get bedbugs, CALL BITE BACK. Seriously. They know what they’re doing and they do it so very well.

This company came back and back and never got rid of the bed bugs. After they came back
the bed bugs always came back about three weeks later. It is now September and my grandson is now still getting bed bugs. My daughter has done everything she was suppose to
do such as wash and dry in dryer all the bed items, clothes out of drawers and closet. They also had bought 2 box springs, new bunk beds, new mattresses. They are very nice but have not done what they are suppose to do. We are still in the same place as April 13th when this
all started with them with $ 800.00 spent to them and all of the above bought. I would not recommed this company all at for bed bugs.
